Gordon Moving company in Lake Forest California moved my goods from my residence into their storage facilities and then transported them from California to Indiana. I paid for the move in its entirety including insurance for lost or damaged goods. The company lost several boxes of personal items worth in excess of $2000 and has denied the claim. I purchased a computer from HP supposed to be delivery o Nov-25, 2006 by Fedex Home Delivery. I would like to file a complaint against the UPS Store of Brandon. My daughter sent ms a package from that Store. When I got the package up at my address in Illinois the computer in side was damaged. I was told to have a UPS Driver pick it up the same way I received it. I did just like I was told by the UPS and now that store in your town in stating I package it wrong and ,that I was the one who put the white squares the shippimg label.I don't like being accused of something that is not my fault. The motor on my expensive Casablanca Fan is only 2 yrs old. The circuit board is blown and I have to wait 60 days to get a new one, because everyone says they are back ordered from the factory. I think that means there are alot of blown circuit boards out there. The cost of the circuit board is running from $69. - $85., I did find one guy that wanted $125., I asked him why so much. I recently took a new internet broadband connection from Hathway Internet. The connection has been down since last week, but nothing has moved inspite of repeated reminders to the concerned authorities. The installation took more than 10 days as against promised to have the complete installation of modem including the wiring etc done within 24 hrs max. My area is in Ottapalam Taluk, Palakkad Dist. My land line has been dead for the last 1 month. I have registered my complaint in ottapalam exchange on 18/10/06. Now more than one month is over. I should not call first of all this service as CUSTOMER CARE... Forget CARE, they don't even give a damn to Customers... On 25th October 2006, I experienced the worst Customer Care service provided by Hutch in Bangalore. I have been a Hutch Customer in Mumbai also. I told the technician originally that I was having a problem with ticks. That I put frontline on my animals but wished help. I was told that there wasn't a lot to be done. I am really surprised how Airtel has been surviving for so long. Despite payment of all the bills on time my telephone was disconnected due to non payment of bill. It took me almost five days to get the connection restored. And was promised that this will not happen again. After just 15 Days time it was disconnected again due to non payment of bill. This company has the worst service ever. I ordered a meter from them about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I paid additional because I wanted fast shipping. After the original confirmation that the order was accepted I did not hear back from them for 2 weeks. I contacted them and like a miracal they shipped that next day. They did not offer to refund the quick ship money even though they did not quick ship. after recieving the meter I find out it does not work. I responded to an ad in the paper to be a mystery shopper with a 14 day trail period. I received two letters in the mail one dated 6/18/06 and the other dated 6/20/06. Both letters had different usernames and passwords. On 6/27/06 I called and cancelled the service which was 19.95. However, the company continued to unjustly tap into my credit card account ($260.00) and I didn't use the service at all. I have just bought a new prepaid Airtel chip (No. 99031-7607X). I wanted to know the GPRS settings. First of all navigating through the IVR of Airtel is painful because you have to wait till the voice stops parroting. Then, if by chance you enter a number (option) twice, you get disconnected. When you do choose, for example, English Language, you don't get an option to connect to Customer Care. Our local Wal Mart Super Center at Valley Al. seems to be getting worse every week when I go to buy groceries. For example, in the last few weeks while shopping WAL Mart was out of whole chicken, potato chips, premium saltines,large viva paper towels,dog pads,spanish peanuts,primatine tablets, sure deodorant, pedigree dog food in 12 count boxes. Please do not take any mobile connections from RIM, because they are cheating with the customer like if you have post paid connections and if you are not going for itemize bill then your monthly bill goes too high as soon as you go for itemize bill your monthly bill amount will come down.
