I responded to an ad in the paper to be a mystery shopper with a 14 day trail period. I received two letters in the mail one dated 6/18/06 and the other dated 6/20/06. Both letters had different usernames and passwords. On 6/27/06 I called and cancelled the service which was 19.95. I told the technician originally that I was having a problem with ticks. That I put frontline on my animals but wished help. I was told that there wasn't a lot to be done. I am really surprised how Airtel has been surviving for so long. Despite payment of all the bills on time my telephone was disconnected due to non payment of bill. This company has the worst service ever. I ordered a meter from them about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I paid additional because I wanted fast shipping. After the original confirmation that the order was accepted I did not hear back from them for 2 weeks. I contacted them and like a miracal they shipped that next day. I have just bought a new prepaid Airtel chip (No. 99031-7607X). I wanted to know the GPRS settings. First of all navigating through the IVR of Airtel is painful because you have to wait till the voice stops parroting. Then, if by chance you enter a number (option) twice, you get disconnected. IP 5280 the new VOIP provider, came installed our phones and then proceeded to try and do everything by phone. All customer support, tech support and help has been done over the phone. Our local Wal Mart Super Center at Valley Al. seems to be getting worse every week when I go to buy groceries. I slipped on a wet floor, this was observed by a male clerk that was present at a service desk. At the time of the slip there were no wet floor markings. Top Cleaners at 4400 Brownsville Road in Powder Springs, Georgia. (770) 222-0809. They shrunk a Pendleton wool bedspread approximately 12 inches the whole way around, was a queen, now won't fit a double bed. They refuse to refund our dry-cleaning cost and the cost of the wool bedspread. They are listed on the Better Business Bureau as having other complaints from other customers with unsatisfactory outcomes. We will probably end up taking them to small claims court. I will advice to Indian country people. Please do not take any mobile connections from RIM, because they are cheating with the customer like if you have post paid connections and if you are not going for itemize bill then your monthly bill goes too high as soon as you go for itemize bill your monthly bill amount will come down. My complaint about Telkom is not just serious it is ridicules. In the last six months our ADSL line were stolen 7 times the last time on the 20 October two days after they replaced the previous line that was stolen the fastest response time so far was four days but normally it takes 11 and it did take them 15 days once before to reconnect the line.
