Gordon Moving company in Lake Forest California moved my goods from my residence into their storage facilities and then transported them from California to Indiana. I paid for the move in its entirety including insurance for lost or damaged goods. The company lost several boxes of personal items worth in excess of $2000 and has denied the claim. Subsequent communications to BBB, the insurance carrier, and other regulatory agencies has resulted in continual denial of this claim on the part of the moving company. The owner insists that "these items didn't exist".

The company was notified immediately that the items were missing as soon as it had been discovered. A description of the items was given and the company found the "missing" box of items in their warehouse and sent it. The box contained personal items belonging to another one of their customers.
