I hired a contractor John Anderson,Pro-Tech to install a deck along with a ramp for my disabled husband. We live in the town of Colonie an he said we did NOT NEED a Builders Permit. CHI Host, happens to be one of those companies that are "full of hot air". Their "24-hour technical support" never returns my phone calls. On their website they boast a 99.9% uptime guarantee. I was with them for only 3 months and my websites went down twice already, bringing the uptime down to 99.25%. The fraction seems negligible, but not when you compute the downtime in number of hours. Please do not waste money on Airtel callhome to India. There is nothing about this company that works. The acct number and pin number they give you do not work, their customer service phone never works. They do not respond to your E mail. They took my money 20 dollars, i have yet to make a phone call. After six months of Verizon FIOS VOIP serive, I am pretty disgusted and want go back to traditional service. I find Verizon FIOS VOIP to be unreliable. I bought phonecard online and paid by credit card. instantly they provided me with my pin number and deducted money from my account. When i called the provided tollfree access number it was not working. As soon it connects it dies. I tried calling customer care and same thing happened with the customer support number. We subscribed to the Airtel India call home service because it is basically a Indian company and it was offering a good rate as compare to reliance India. The number given to access India phone number doesn't work at all. Customer care number comes as busy. I signed up for Airtel Call home lured by their offer of 7.9c a min with double the talk time for the signup and the first recharge till Jan 31. making it an effective rate of ~4c a min to call India from the US. Do not use the online service provided by USPS for printing and posting. I used and the Labels did not print properly. But they charged my credit card. I requested for a refund and it has been some days and nothing has come. If you want to save on the tracking confirmation just print the labels without postage and pay the postage at the post office. read full review »

I hired EBZ Moving and Storage to complete a 12-mile residential in-state move on 12/29/04. The bottom line is that the mover breached the contract in several ways: 1) the mover did not complete the move on 12/29/04; the volume of items was such that the move could have easily been completed in 1 day; we made 2 previous moves with more items, both moves were completed in 1 day 2) the mover agreed to move the additional items on the following day, 12/30/04 for $100.00. I contacted Maytag at (866) 212-9733, gave them my certificate number of the extended coverage contract that is good through the end of 09/06/2008 and was advised that they no longer cover the Sky Box. Just a warning to those doing some last minute christmas card ordering online at Target.com. I would recommend calling ahead to make sure the location you choose for pickup can accommodate your order. We placed our order 3 days ago for a set of xmas cards, 1 hour processing time.
