I purchased a sliver phone in May of 2006. The reason for my choice was because I wanted the service of a phone with the music feature. My service provider network is Cellular. This is a petty amount, but it is still fraud and needs to be reported. Explore USA took, without authorization, $1.00 from my bank account. This account was empty at the time, resulting in an overdraft. I have no idea how they got my bank account number. A few weeks later, a very nondescript envelope came. It looked like junk mail and was nearly torn up. Now it said I was a MEMBER of this Explore USA and they were going to charge my account $19.95 per month for something. Well, they can't! I have had this account since 1997. I have always paid my bill on time and in JUN/JUL paid in full a statement for $8,000.00. Prior to Chase taking over AOL/Visa there has never been a problem. United Parcel Service is the very worst delivery service out there!. Twice they've lost my items, Do they call me, and let me know, NO. They must think the world revolves around them. I've lost business because of their very late deliveries. I ordered a package from N.Y., and was delivered by DHL in 2 days. If I were to use UPS, it would take 5-6 days to get here, and I wouldn't see it until around 6 pm. The funny thing is, they're UNION, and still they're half-ass! Package sent by DHL from Shenzhen, China to Winston Salem NC. Package signed for as delivered but was not sent to the right address.
