Signed up in SEPTEMBER for my current number to be ported and switched over to ECR Voice. Sent in appropriate forms TWICE - customer service acknowledge receipt. This company has already been mentioned on your site along with their sister company OnRebate.com. The problem is that when you try to apply for the rebates offered by TigerDirect through OnRebate, their form does not function on several required fields and thats as far as you get. I have been trying for two days to get some assistance from TigerDirect after spending several hours on the phone attempting to contact OnRebate with no luck. Napster has the most difficult if not impossible automated voice system I have ever encountered. I've been trying to call because my free MP3 player's shipment keeps getting delayed, but I can't talk to a person to save my own life. I recently rented a truck for a one way 160 mile move. You're given a copy of the contract and on it is this little diagram of the gas gouge. You're then told to be sure it matches what's in the truck and explained their refueling fees if you return it less than they gave it to you. BEWARE - THE DIAGRAM IS BACKWARDS. I spend at least 2 -3 hours once a week "talking" with my mother thru the IM's. And for several weeks now every 5 minutes a pop-up comes, FROM AOL, about spy ware. When this happens the cursor stops in the message filed. If i don't notice it, only a partial message gets sent. On 10/18/06 my internet speed suddenly dropped by 75% (like someone flipped a switch). The speed hasn't come returned as of 12/2/06. I'm on the 8mbps/768kbps tier. After numerous calls to Comcast, and numerous visits by level 1 techs and line techs, all they say is that I have a good signal and everything looks fine. I have a mobile(N93) which is not working from the day one. I got network and was able to make calls only for 30 minutes. I had been to one of the service centers in Bangalore but they did not help me get the set repaired and at the same time scratched the body of my mobile. I time complaint about the Airtel's Network Coverage in the Kharadi MIDC, IT Park, but yet no action has been taken. There are many IT companies in this area such as Zensar, Synechron but the network quality is worst in this area. Only 1 or 2 bars are shown in the mobile and sometimes there are no bars shown. All Victory Moving & Storage of Chatsworth, California moved my belongings from San Diego, CA to Tampa, FL. They picked up on July 21, 2005 and delivered on August 19, 2005.
