Prepaid amount has reduced without using!
Prepaid amount has reduced drastically without calling. I rang up customer service they agreed and assured me that amount will be credited to my account within 24 hours. I rang up airtel after 24 hrs and lodged a new complaint even after 24 hrs they have not done it. And I am sure that they will not do that.

Kill the airtel. I will be complaining to FTC very soon. You may do the same and let this su**ing company go out of business from this country!!!

Awful website!
It a a junk service. Please do not go to airtel. They do not have any support. You cannot use Amex card for recharge and by the way... website just DO NOT WORK. I am going back to reliance...

Bye bye airtel!

Call it Junk-Call-Home
This is the biggest ever junk card I came across in USA. Dont ever use it.

When I use this user ID and password 2weeks ago, it says INVALID... I tried a couple of times and gave up. Now its working again.

I remember I recharged with US$10 and received $10 as a promotion. I use around $8 last month and now I see that I have only $0.06. ?

I cant save my cell phone number in the Registered Phone Number column. I was trying this for the last 2 months.


The service airtel is providing is horrible. I cannot connect to the 1800 number at all and not even the customer service responds. I did not expect this kind of service from Airtel with such a reknown name in India .

Planning to complaint it to the concerned department here.

Stay away from this Scam!
I recently came to know about their new promotion from my friend. Did tried to register online, they took all my credit card information, but at end said, transaction unsuccessful, so i thought it did not go thru. I checked my email for registration email. None came thru. Few days later i received a email about account number and i saw change $50 on cc card. I guess they must have processed all unsuccessful trascations manually changed with out customer knowledge, which is unlawful. More over The account number they gave never worked. it does not let me in. The 24x7 customer service never works, always busy, they must have not have a cs at all. The website is 70% of time down. I could not make calls and neither could get money back. Website is full of errors. I heard from few of my friends, they had similar problems.

BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM, DON"T GET TRAP INTO IT, YOU WILL REGRET LATER!

Customer support - literally doesn't exist!
Recently I have opened a account with Airtel Call Home. But I am totally frustrated with the quality of service. The list goes endless. Once you create the profile, you can't find any details after you login. Second, sometimes even with correct id and passwd they say invalid login details and you can't login into the site. Thirdly the customer care don't (NEVER) pick the phone.They are really very busy with other customers. This seems like a big scam... they have TV advertisement all over by a superstar of Indian Cinema. It seems like the money they paid to the supserstar made them bankrupt and they don't have money left for the customer care, that's why we get an engage tone always... this sucks....

I have around 25USD with them and really want to close the account.

Worst service ever!
This is may be the worst service providers, I have ever come across. Since the day I have registered here to make use of their calling-card service to India, not a single attempt went through without any hassles. Their site is a bag of crap and never worked for me fine. Customer care literally non-existent. Their site/service are good for nothing. Don't get tempted by their advertised low rates. If you try to use their service/site, you only end of loosing money and totally frustrated. They should immediately shutdown their service and refund all the registered customers. The best they can do is to concentrate on fixing their site/customer service/service reliability issues before re-enabling the service.

Pitiful service, awful website
I recently purchased an airtel calling card. I was appalled at the proficiency the airtel team showed. Here are some major issues:

1. I created my account after struggling with their registration system for nearly 30 minutes. The website is slow like a snail.
2. Did not allow me to register my mobile phone for pinless access.
3. The customer care number is inactive and is not consistent through out the system.
4. ITS NOT ALLOWING ME TO LOG IN even after I provide my correct user id and password.

I would rather spend my additional 5 cents with reliance india call than go through all this hassle. I hope they would fix these before more and more customers get frustrated.

Website sucks!
The website is full of errors... every single page is slow like a snail and has hell a lot of errors.. It does not even allow you to login sometimes... saying invalid userid and password.. though they are correct.. My friend had subscribed and did not even get a subscription mail..
I was able to make calls with my first subscription and the quality of the calls were fine... but to get to that point is very awful.. I guess the problem lies in the website.. If the website is fixed.. it should be good...
Other bad things in the site..
1) credit card numbers are saved. User should be given the option to let it save or not.
2) it generates 2 different account numbers which gives a very bad user experience.. he has to remember everything to get into the site..

Very poor website connection
The Airtelcallhome.com site for 7.9 cents per minute has good rate but its not worth the effort to spend time and to get connected to the web site and once connected you cannot register your phone numbers. Call center has gone to sleep. Looks like Airtel got caught with their pants down with volume of registrants.

No customer care number active, website full of errors!
I recently purchased the Prepaid card from Airtel for making calls to India. They have great rate of 7.9 c per minute with a promotional offer of doubling your balance on the first purchase and the first recharge before Jan 1st and Jan 31st respectively. But what is the use of all this, when businesses rush in to cash in on the holiday season and come out with Applications that don't serve the purpose.

1) The website is error prone. It takes a long time to populate any dynamic data like my balance or my user account information.

2) I cannot register my number to make pinless call as it has been throwing the same error for the past two days.

3) I cannot get hold of a Customer Care representative through the Toll Free number they have published.

I think this is my last purchase from Airtel, if things don't get better by this week. I am going to stick with RelianceIndiaCall or some other provider.
