I was supposed to have been connected on EarthLink's True Voice phone service on October 10. The equipment they sent did not work. They agreed to send me new equipment in 5 to 7 days. Keep in mind, EarthLink had already switched my phone service so that would have left me without service for the 5 to 7 days. Innovative Merchant Solutions- On 8/22/06 this company took 859.75 out of my checking account. When I called to find out why this had been done I was informed by their representative Alkin, that I now owned the machine. I informed him that I did not own it and that they had already received their machine back, unopened by me, on 8/23/06 at 8:59am PST and signed for by B. Richards. The lights on the track have ring that fits over the light. When the lights get hot the ring falls off. The "hot ring" falls off the light. Received AOL High Speed Offer in the mail. I called the number on the card 1-866-317-2363 on 5/17/2006. I was told if I signed up on the phone right then I would receive a $50 Visa. I signed up. I have called back 8 times, the last time being today 10/17/2006 and again have been ignored. Beware of NetZero! I signed up for basic internet service with NetZero for a monthly fee of $10.95. After a few months, I called to cancel my NetZero service because I was moving out of state, and wasn't sure if I wanted to use NetZero in my new location. Three months later, I received a bill from NetZero for not only the three months that I hadn't used them, but they had doubled the price stating that it was for high speed internet and Norton Antivirus. We use Adelphia for our web-hosting for our small business and it is a WEEKLY if not DAILY occurence to either not receive email or send out email. Our business operates 99% via email and this is becoming very damaging to our business. When calling for support, they always try to shift the blame elsewhere. When they finally own up to it being their problem, it's always the same... "they have a server down and the technicians are currently working on it". I purchased a 32" TV from Sears and it required home delivery. When the item was delivered the delivery truck hit my car and did not tell me. This accident was witnessed by 2 of my neighbors. I called Sears to complain and was treated with total disrespect. Since Sears subcontracts the delivery to New England Retail Express, Sears says this matter does not concern them. I ordered the Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells with Chrome Stand on 08/18/06. To date, I have received the Bowflex Dumbbells but I have not received the chrome stand. I have received 3 separate ship dates for the chrome stand but only after I send e-mails asking for status. They (Gately) do not offer status unless prompted to do so. Vehicle documentation shipped from Automobile Dealership in Huntsville, AL to Savannah, Tn on 06 October 2006 - never arrived at my home. Dealership checked with DHL and they say that they delivered the package on 09 October 2006. We were at home the entire day - the package was not delivered. We checked with all the neighbors - no one had the package or saw DHL in the neighborhood. Fellow consumers, do not use DHL!!!!! It is with regards to airtel prepaid connection that i have (9818783505) in delhi region. Yesterday all incoming were blocked without any reason (but outgoing was functional as it will fetch them money) Customer care center was not functional. These people outright lied telling us we would have health insurance for my father with a preexisting condition covered at 100% with no waiting period and $30 co-pays for Dr. visits. It was told three times. Once to myself from work, once to my wife from the phone at home and once to my mother from her phone. When we paid we called to get set up for an appt. and not only are there no Dr.s in our entire state under their so called plan they lied about the coverage. We have 2 Airtel Line one post and prepaid. When my spouse took the new post paid connection we had issues with Billing and called up the customer service contiunously for 7 days.. nearly 6 times druing and day and 3 times at night !! ?? why WEll we had issues in Billing and none of the this people helped me out, instead they hung up the phone, which is an insult to me !! My cell No. is 9880326767. This No. is misused by some third parties to cheat the public. One such complaint appears to have been filed in Mysore city, Karnataka State, India. I contracted Champion to replace my rear deck, almost all windows in my home and to build on a two-story sun room. Problems: 1. Sun room- construction was begun in October 2005 and was not completed until February 2006 when it was promised to take only 2-4 weeks. 2. I disconnected my phone service with Hawaiian Telcom on April 21,2006. I am still receiving bills for the very same telephone number that was disconnected (It is now October). Ok, this is what happened... My husband and I signed up with cingular and we agreed that 1000 minutes would be more than enough. We were previously with Sprint and had 8oo minutes with them. We never in all 3 years with Sprint went over those 800 minutes. However, with Cingular, we were charged over $400 for the first month! I am a long haul truck driver, I wanted a camera cell phone, I went into U S Cellular explained who I was, what I already had and what I wanted, they supposedly gave me everything I had on my old plan plus the camera phone and more minutes etc. for LESS than what I was paying now which was $120.00 per month. I hired Nationwide Movers to move my belongings from Boston to TX. Apparently Cross Country Van Lines (CCVL) was contracted to do the labor. CCVL showed up early and in a hurried mode where unwanted items were shipped and wanted items were not. This company is dishonest. The company has at least five different addresses. They advertise in the Sacramento Yellow Pages with a residential address to make you think they are in Sacramento. The company is actually 100 miles away in San Jose. They were two hours late because they were stuck in traffic. The driver was looking for any excuse to bill us for more hours and gas mileage and therefore decided to take a route that was 20km longer between our old residence and new residence (the most direct route was 50km, there route was 70km and took 90min longer). At the end of Sept or beginning of Oct 2006, I found my service had been restricted - I wasn't able to make outgoing calls nor was I able to check my voice mail. Due to financial difficulties, I was not able to pay my bill (~$276) when I intended to. When I was able to pay my bill, I contacted "customer service" (CS) to find an authorized payment center.
