Received AOL High Speed Offer in the mail. I called the number on the card 1-866-317-2363 on 5/17/2006. I was told if I signed up on the phone right then I would receive a $50 Visa.
I signed up. I have called back 8 times, the last time being today 10/17/2006 and again have been ignored. Supervisor Christie #60231 said she cannot call the AOL Corporate Office on my behalf because they are a call center and don't have any outbound telephone lines. Teresa Young of AOL Corporate Office had called me on Thursday 10/5/2006 and promised she would have an answer for me by the next day 10/06/2006. I have not heard from her since. I wasted my money calling Teresa Young at 703-265-1000 (AOL Corp.) today since Christie #60231said she couldn't call for me. Teresa Young has not returned my call.
