I just relocated across country. Items were packed with bubble wrap and pop corn, wadded paper and other protective materials. The objects were put in rental truck. I hired Akita Copy to move a copy machine for me. They missed several appointments and then showed up, got the copier and tried everything that they could to delay delivery, until the following Monday. Anderson engaged in hostage freight practices and has not refunded money for over payment. Anderson's price changed from 1650.00 to 4800.00 once he had possesion of my household goods. I have internet and telephone service with Time-Warner maintaining the cable. Last week, the phone and internet quit working. That is, it works sometimes if you're lucky. Since their inception there has been a steady noise that gets louder upon occation. It is a steady hum that never ends. When it gets louder, you can hear it through the closed windows even more. I talked with them a few times in the beginning and was always told they were correcting the problem. It did get quieter for a bit, then louder, then quieter, then louder. You get the gist. I have received a bill (invoice no.430473840) for the period 21/08/06 to 20/09/06 for Rs.807.64 towards broadband connection and multiple telephone facility. Surprisingly none of the facilities exist at my place nor there is any connectivity of airtel broadband service in the area. What is more shocking is that the shows 88 telephone calls made for non-existent facility. I bought a Eureka Forbes water Purifier nearly 7 months back. They had mentioned at the time of sales that they provide the best service to the customer. Drum Halfzware shag rolling tobacco is perhaps the worst quality of its kind I have ever encountered. UPS service is getting worst. It is impossible to speak to a representative, there is no phone number posted on their web site and they never give any specific reason or apology for poor service. I ordered a log splitter from them on 1/19/06. I ordered their highest rated product for I wanted the most powerful splitter I could find that would work off standard 120 volts A/C power. I obtained propane gas service with Thompson Gas in Boonsboro, MD on 10-1-2006 and in doing so I had to sign a "customer agreement" w/ Thompson Gas.
