I have been trying to have repairs made to my Maytag washer since the orginal claim filed under my extended warranty since late March. Despite countless calls and time spent on the phone with these people, my machine is still taking up space in the laundry room. My son went to visit his grandfather, who is ill to Thane from Vasai, a distance of around 40 k.m. His normal recharge is around Rs.50/- Airtel has charged (subtracted) Rs.49/- as roaming rental for a month. This amounts to cheating. His mobile no. is 9890523374. What is going on with Hefty?? I have always purchased their garbage bags for the price and reliability. NOT ANYMORE!!! I purchased the 55 Hefty CinchSak Tall Kitchen Bags and almost every single bag ripped while putting it in the garbage can. The drawstring rips right out of the top of it. Today I received a call from a person who identified himself to be working with Airtel calling from Ahmedabad (Gujarat). He said that the call was in connection of verification of credentials submitted at the time of getting the number. Thinking that it was just a routine verification call I gave out my first name and fathers name. Then he asked me about my address and I just ran through the entire address. I had given my 4 month old Nokia handset/ 6270 to Nokia Care after some compalints as the phone very frequently would hang. The Nokia care people kept the phone for 20 days and even after returning back, it is not working. Also, they have so carelessly handled the phone that I just cant use it. I have been very loyal to the Nokia Brand but after this incident I am dissapointed. I had plans to purchase to Nokia N 70 but I have dropped that plan. I would like to report about racist staff at this location. When I (Indian) walked in, I was told I am next. I waited over an hour only to see all other walk-in's getting their hair cut. If I ask, they will say I am next. After a while I told them to take away my name and walked out. How do I pursue a refund or a reversal of charges that I did not know about? Peoplepc advertised on television an aid for $10.99 monthly internet service provider charge. It is a fraudulant, misrepresented company. The founder, Camilla, advertised it saying SHE was hand pouring the candles from her home and making it all herself. She had approximately 5,000 consultants sign up. When they started ordering kits from her something strange happend......THEY WEREN'T DELIVERED although the credit cards were charged..........SAME THING with customer orders. On several occasions I have purchased products from this store. The last purchase was a month ago. I attempted to return a very expensive defective cable for my HD TV to Receiver connection. They refused to accept it as I didn't have a receipt. Talked to the manager and he said to bring it back in and he would try to find out by searching master card receipts. There were many many questions, some I could not answer because it was a company wanting me to buy one of two products which I did not want to do. At that point I stopped answering and left the site. I initially received a cell phone offer from BCS/ATT Wireless several years ago and began service in July 6th 2003. I have since kept service with ATT until their merger with Cingular at which time I upgraded my plan and phone on November 11th, 2004. I am now getting calls at my workplace from a collection agency stating I have a past due balance of $150 due to early termination of service. I have had nothing but problems with Three Rivers Gold Plating of Fort Wayne, Indiana. This was suppose to be a fast job, well it's been 2 1/2 months and lost parts. I was quoted one price of a total of $210 and then 1 1/2 months later Tom said he needed another $75. I was told it wouldn't be more then $210 that was tops. I am very concerned about consumer abuse in the self storage postings. I see 3 kinds of problems. 1) people are sold insurance but they do not get a copy of their policy. So when there is a claim they discover it is not covered. the companies need to be required to give them the policy when they sell it. 2) late fees, access codes are changed so that people are immediately leveraged into paying up, and paying late fees. this would be the equivalent of walking out to your care and finding it disabled by a Denver Boot when late for a payment... read full review »

Their rep assessed our new house already equipped with a good alarm system and proceeded to assess us a new activation for $200 and also for every single window that are already wired, and charge us for a new box. Ever since I have bought the phone and am on prepaid with the additional of Rs.999 scheme I am facing tremendous difficulties. The last 3 times I have gone into Publix to pickup a few items, the check out lines were ridiculously long. Tuesday night topped it all. There was 9 people with groceries in the 10 Items or less "speed lane". When the store mgr. finally got on the PA system for the second time, the line shortened to 5 people. Add this to the nonexistent service at the Deli, the pre-made Deli salads that are brown-edged, the small cramped aisles, along with the half-molded bakery items still on their shelves. In August 2006, I checked on-line for DSL availability through Earthlink to replace my existing SNET/Yahoo DSL. Their system stated DSL was available, so I signed up. Shortly thereafter, I received an email back stating that they could not supply me DSL. I was very surprised, but figured this was the end of it. Now I just got another email showing a bill that Earthlink already collected for their dial-up service, which I never requested. I am using AIRTEL mobile sim no 9928072924 ( Rajsthan). I came to Ahmedabad ( Gujarat state ) on 20.10.2006 and requested airtel customer care in Jaipur to put m mobile in roaming as it is used for Co's work and i reuire it to be always on for being contacted. Unfortunately the request was logged 4 times and huge amount of Rs.600/- spent on STD calls to Jaipur customer care but no action taken. I called my credit card company and found out they have been charging me the same amount for 15 months. Credit card company told me they could only dispute 3 months of charges.
