Jeff Lawyer manager of Publix found cheating with a customer
My friend found Jeff Lawyer’s phone number and Publix phone number in his wife cellular call history records and also a voice message telling his wife he was “on his way, going down the Turnpike”. He sent a letter to the District Manager, Jim Yeatman already, he is waiting for an answer. Me along with all his family members stopped shopping in Publix we now enjoy shopping at Winn-Dixie instead. This crap manager, Jeff ot Jerk Lawyer works at the Publix # 01062 Corsica Square in Miami, be aware of this predator.

Rude Customer Service
Organic produce is never fresh. The organic salad is sold on the expiration date. Publix Greenwise milk of often not as fresh as it should be. Because of it's location and convince, I opted to shop there anyway for other items. Today, their customer service department decided to single me out and humiliate me. They refused to accept my check without a valid reason. The customer service rep stated that I wrote a bad check back in 2005 and that it was already taken care of, and she was unsure why the computer system would not accept a check from me. She went on to say that possibly I wrote a bad check at another store other than Publix, but had no other information. She grilled me asking where I had wrote checks and where did my check bounce. According to my bank statement I did not have any outstanding dishonored checks. I will now be spending my money buying my groceries somewhere other than Publix.

Bad quality food!
I am a caterer and I called Publix to order 3 WHOLE beef tenderloins. The woman who answered asked me did I want her to do anything to the meat and I said no, I wanted to trim and cut myself because I was serving 40 people. My partner called and payed for the meat over the phone and spoke to Preston. My partner said to leave the credit card open in case I needed any other idems for the party, I did. The staff treated me like I was a crook and approached me in the produce dep. in front of other customers demanded to see my receipt for the meat (which was paid for), Long story short... I picked the meat up at about 8 in the evening. I had to sear it that night because the party was the next afternoon. When I was searing it was about 10. Before I started I opened all 3 cryovac tenderloins and noticed I had 6 of the SAME half of the loin. It was to late to complain it or to change my routine. I was so embarrassed to serve the end of the loin that separates. Where was the other half I requested to be whole??? I feel taken advantage of. I could go anywhere for groceries (Sams etc.) Publix is my favorite store even though your prices are higher I was usually satisfied with quality until now!!!

Poor service, check out etc.
The last 3 times I have gone into Publix to pickup a few items, the check out lines were ridiculously long. Tuesday night topped it all. There was 9 people with groceries in the 10 Items or less "speed lane". When the store mgr. finally got on the PA system for the second time, the line shortened to 5 people. Add this to the nonexistent service at the Deli, the pre-made Deli salads that are brown-edged, the small cramped aisles, along with the half-molded bakery items still on their shelves.
Publix employees themselves do not even buy deli salads. I can get in and out of Albertson's and even Winn Dixie with a few items quicker. I can even get through WalMart's cashier-run check out with a week's basket of groceries faster that I can get out of Publix fwith 3 items.
Since Publix does not have think it needs to hire more workers and/or declines to raise their wages so that employees will stay, they have finally lost me as a customer after about 12-14 years.
After shopping at Publix for many years I have watched it decline steadily and dramatically in recent years. I have finally had it. I will no longer shop for anything at Publix. I may have to drive further but it will be less stressful.
