Innovative Merchant Solutions- On 8/22/06 this company took 859.75 out of my checking account. When I called to find out why this had been done I was informed by their representative Alkin, that I now owned the machine. I informed him that I did not own it and that they had already received their machine back, unopened by me, on 8/23/06 at 8:59am PST and signed for by B. Richards. He told me that I should have read the lease agreement before signing it and that I would be charged another 295 dollars if I had the service turned off. The last two statements of his upset me so that I decided to end the call, totally forgetting to inform him of the remainder of the story. I called again a few days later and was told that I needed to talk to Kimberly. Kimberly is the representative I had been assigned to. I was informed that Kimberly was at lunch and I could leave a message in her voce mail. I left her a voice mail with my work and home phone numbers and the times I would be available to receive her calls in EST, eastern standard time. Her voice message stated that my call would be returned as soon as possible. I waited one week and there was no reply. I called one more time and was informed that she was assisting another client. Again I left a voice mail message detailing once again my home and work phone numbers and the times of my availability. Again I waited approximately one week and still no return call. Next I e-mailed this company and still no reply. This is the rest of the story in regards to what transpired prior to me signing the lease agreement. I informed their sales representative Caroline Ham that I would only require the use of their credit card processing machine for approximately 6 months. Caroline made two phone calls to make sure this would be all right. She informed me that this would not be a problem. It was after this that I signed the lease agreement. Caroline also informed me that I would be hearing from another representative in a few days. After a few days had passed I became concerned and decided to return there equipment back. I want my monies returned.
I will not do business with a business in which the sales agent lies, Caroline Ham. Their phone representative is arrogant, Alkin. Their phone representitive is unresponsive, Kimberly
