I had this company's VOIP service for three months, and got fed up with the dropped and missed calls and overall lousy service, so I canceled the service. They wouldn't give me any instructions on where and how to return their telephony modem, then they charged over $250 to my credit card for the modem without my permission. I called their customer service again and they finally gave me a shipping address. I placed my order o 1-10-07 for three tablemates total price 71.80 they say items were in stock and would likely ship that day. They have not shipped yet 1-17-07. I have tried numerous ways to contact them but got zero response. Could not reach them via telephone and no answers to numerous emails I sent. I purchased an acrylic bath and tub liner from Bathroom Crafters in Lombard IL. When I noticed the spnoge feeling in my tub , I called for service . The first response was to re-drain and re-caulk. Again, the same problem, again the same solution. I again called in for service and stated the obvious that there was standing water in between the liner and original tub and the liner need to be replaced. I'm once again trying Firefox. I keep reading reviews on it, on how good it is and I see all the extensions you can use with it, that you can't use with Avant Browser. Firefox is slow compared to Avant. I keep getting these reset connection errors that I never get with Avant. the 2 browsers are alot alike, they both have tabbed pages, everything generally is the same except it's slower for some reason loading pages. I guess I will once again uninstall Firefox and go back to Avant. Hopefully Avant some day will make some extensions you can use. read full review »

I went shopping at the IKEA store in Schaumburg, Illinois and my purse was stolen out of my cart. All I was left with was my cell phone. I lost my money, cards, and my only set of apartment keys and car keys. I had only one set of both of these keys because I had just moved and was shopping for my new apartment, and I had recently bought a used car. We were moving only 4.4 miles, but thought it a good idea to let professionals handle the big stuff. I saw the impressive 2-page ad for All My Sons and arranged for three men and a truck. The three men(who all spoke a little English), were shown the large items we wanted moved. I subscribed to limewire.co.uk and got 360 share pro (nothing saying it was linked to limewire or anything) which worked for one day. Now it pops up with an error message and won't work, and the only way I can close it is to go into task manager and shut it down there. I have a family plan with 3 lines. I only need only line so I contacted Verizon to ask about early termination fees for two of the lines. One contract term expires in March and the other in April. I contacted them because I understood new consumer law states they had to pro rate the fee based on the expiration date of the contract. I am willing to pay a pro-rate termination fee that's fair but not $175 per line. This is the same for a contract expiring in 2 months as it is for a contract expiring in a year. I called these guys to ship my car cross country. The ended up telling me that they did no guarantee pickup. I had to give them a 7 day window. I have requested for a contract transfer on last week and the official at koramangala outlet told me that transfer will be done with 72 working hours and collected all the documents needed. I got an e-mail from Sirius about renewing my satellite radio subscription. I called the number for renewal and waited on hold for 45 minutes! Then, the line went dead and I got a dial tone. I called back at a different time and gave up after a 20 minute wait. I tried to reach their tech. support and got a recording saying "no one is available--call back." When I was in NC I had US Cellular phone service for several years. My phone kept disconnecting and they said a new phone would pull in all the new towers.
