I have recently purchased Airtel V Data Card for my Laptop expecting good internet services, but it is unfortunate for airtel to inform that within 2 days your level of service has been identified. I have lifetime prepaid connection of airtel (Maharashtra & Goa). My prepaid credit is daily decremented by Rs.1.50 as airtel have activated daily decremental plan. I have made 8 requests to customer care executive to deactivate that decremental plan and activate my original lifetime plan. This complaint is on FerrellGas 1579, 350 Roger St., Princeton, WV. We paid over $3100 for 3/4 of our 2007 winter propane on 4/24/06 with an agreement to be automatically filled every 30 days. We have had to call for each fill up, then put in line for another 7 to 10 days before delivery. A 30 day fill up was due on 1/22/07. I take all the blame for being stupid and responding to an online survey. The promotional offer was 2 lb of coffee plus a coffee grinder for $9. It sounded like a good deal. Somewhere in the fine print was a $25 membership fee. I was charged $34.00 on Jan 30. I went on line to check my credit card bill and saw this charge plus another on Feb 7. For all the much vaunted customer service of Airtel, I had (and continue to have) a bitter experience with Airtel. All this for a shifting of telephone within Chennai. I purchased Tata Indicom India Calling card of Rs 200. I used it for 10 days. After that I am not able to use that card. For using this card one has to dial the access number of the state from where we have purchased the card. In my case it is Maharashtra. I recently purchased a set of Harbor Breeze Philodendron custom fan blades (part # 124662) at a local Lowe's. Got them home and then found out they would not mount on my existing Harbor Breeze ceiling fan. The holes in the custom blade are grouped closer together than the standard Breeze motor. Went back to Lowe's to see about buying the proper fan mount brackets, but found out they are not sold separately for the above model blade. I purchased a new airtel connection postpaid in Nov 06 particularly for GPRS Mobile internet. From day one till date (06 Feb 07), i am unable to connect to GPRS as normally as my colleagues do.
