I signed up for a nextel cell phone. My plan was supposed to be 300 outgoing minutes, free unlimited
incoming minutes, free unlimited mobile to mobile and free unlimited walkie talkie. I chose this plan
because my oldest son also had it. First month, only a partial month was fine. Second month my phone was shut off because I supposedly went over my minutes, upon looking it up online I discovered that all my minutes talking to my son were what put me over. I called customer service and was told that I did NOT have mobile to mobile but they would be happy to add it for the next month after I paid the bill. I complained and asked for a supervisor. On day 5 I am still waiting for a return call, and my service is still off.
