I hired AA ON LINE MOVING & STORAGE, INC. to move me from Manalapan, NJ to Manchester NJ. When they reached their destination of my new home, we were running late. Do to the delay in my closing. Do to the fact that it was late in the day.

They said that they were in a hurry to leave. So instead of putting my labeled boxes in the right rooms. They just put everything in the wrong rooms. Also they just put my heavy furniture everywhere. I asked one of the men to move some of the pieces of furniture and he told me that the foreman told them that they were running late and not to wast time.

They also put my outdoor items on the grass on the side of the house between my house and the house next door. i called a couple of days later and complained to the manager and he told me that, he spoke to the foreman he told that what I was saying was not the case. That I should talk to the fore man directly. When I spoke to the manager he asked me what would make me a happy customer. I told him to send back a couple of his men to put everything in the rooms where it should have gone in the first place.

He told me that he could not do that, because he would no pay them to come back. The laborers would have to come back and not get paid. I feel being that he is the manager he should be responsible for the problem. Moving is stressful enough, without having problems with the movers. I should not have to hire men to move my furniture and the boxes to the right place where it should have been in the first place.
