The tool itself, supposed to sharpen just about anything, leaves nicks in blades, but most egregious is that there are no "freebies" as the tv ad implies - they cover the total cost and profit of the products with an enormous handling charge, $24 for something it costs UPS under $4 to deliver. Made the mistake of porting an 084 (Cell C) number to MTN. That was some weeks ago (four). In that time, I have learned that the dealer in Clearwater supplied his head office with the wrong number for porting. As a consequence MTN has screwed up all along the line. For example, you cannot use a Telkom landline to reach the ported number. I just came from Lowe's and am not very happy. I went for paint and plants. Seems when they ask you if you need help, you really are supposed to say no - I asked the girl in the paint section for help choosing a color from some of the samples and she told me I needed to take them home with me and decide - all the time complaining to a co-worker about her schedule. All cellphone companies in the US charge both the sender and the receiver of a call. So I also get billed when I answer a prankster. I believe that only the caller should be billed since he initiated it and therefore should take responsibility. This will discourage pranksters from abusing the system. I signed up with Yahoo! Web Hosting to host my Wordpress blog. After signing up, I clicked on "Activate a Wordpress blog" and their system set it all up. Everything worked well for about a week. I own an airtel life time connectionl No.9896556601 which I use for internet connectivity on my PC. I use data cable for data transfer from my handset to PC. This No. is not used by me to send or receive calls because even if I receive a call from somebody the connection is disrupted consequently the PC is to be restarted for reconnection. They will not honor their extended warranty if it includes the need to open up the motor. Bastards!! My motor vibrates above 11mph. 10 mph or less it is fine and runs smooth. Their Customer Support is an absolute joke. Our cellular tower is down again - for about the 4th time in 3 months. Can't make or receive any cellular calls. I have to drive 15 minutes away to get on another Sprint tower just to contact Customer Support. I was just on hold for 25 MINUTES and then they disconnected me!!! I was promised by the company that the speed for my connection would be up to 2mbps and unfortunately after installing that its found to be 60kbps at the maximum and after repeated complaints there wasn't any improvement in that and that the technician informed me that its the maximum they can provide. And if thats the case i would have taken an unlimited package which is 256kbps and anyway at the end is 60kbps So why are they cheating the customers this way. This seller thrives on the eBay environment by selling used items promoted as slightly used / refurbished and charging unreasonable shipping. The seller is quite skilled at providing poor customer service after selling misrepresented items. The junk sold is usually not work shipping back for a refund if there is an issue. If you do you will not get the refund unless you give a bad review. So I have had a website with Web.com for over 5 years now. Sales and support were friendly and they helped me upload my site, and I was gratified to see it working. Do not use Lingo or other VoIP Phone services for your business! Lingo has been unable to provide quality phone service for my business over the last three years. I have had to call their tech assist (in India) monthly and sometimes weekly to "tune" the IP router and their settings to reduce echoing and noisy connections. My husband has Centennial Wireless cell phone service. He also has two different kinds of cancer. He has not worked since June 6. He called Centennial to see if he could suspend his contract until he could get back to work. All he got for his trouble was TOO BAD, I had to pay over $200.00 to keep this out of collection. I locked myself out of my house on July 28, 2007 and called the Dependable Locks Inc. in Cincinnati because it promises 15 min fast response in their Yellow Pages ad. I made four more calls due to no response. And it took 70 min for them to come to my house. I was charged $139 ($39 for show up and $100 for unlock the door). And I have noticed that they have charged only $55 (2/11/07) and $84(6/6/07) for the same service based on the response posted on Dependable Locks Inc. San Jose web site.
