Each and every time I have had to speak to someone for assistance in either setting up or adding time to my phone, I have spoken to either a male or female who is totally deficient in conversing in English. Twice I have had to hang up in frustration, as it was impossible to understand what they were saying. Today I called twice (the first time ended in my hanging up in frustration) and spoke to someone who not only had an accent so thick a normal American would have great difficulty in understanding it, but spoken in such low tones that I was constantly asking for repeats. Finally, after a good 10 minutes I was able to ascertain (I think) what was being said, or implied.

To add insult to injury, the e-mail I sent to complain was returned to me as non-deliverable!!

Surely there is a better run prepaid phone service available.
