I've been an ATT, Southwestern Bell, & Bell South customer for over 40 years - well before the breakup and now remerger of the various systems. Quite a few years ago I designated ATT as my long distance provider through my local Bell South system to maintain continuity with my previous service. I wish I had seen this site before I used Floral Originals by Gregory Scotte. They have the most horrible customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for mothers day, they were never delivered. I have been trying for over 3 months to get a refund but so far have gotten nothing but the run around. When I called again today I was told that the order was no longer in the computer and they would have to pull it manually and would call me back, I won't be holding my breath as no one from that company has ever returned a call yet. read full review »

AOL has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I have been trying to access my aol email account for 6 months to no avail, simply because I do not have the credit card we made the last payment on anymore. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to any kind of human. I suddenly got the news from my company that you have to leave for USA. I called airtel indore customer care form Delhi airport that I want to put on hold my landline and mobile connection. On Aug.30th made arrangement for transportation to and from Sacramento Airport. On Aug.31st driver arrived and after entering the van driver demanded payment, not giving any receipt. Upon arriving at the airport I asked where we would be picked up upon arrival on Sept.5, 7:25 PM. Driver didn't know but said it would be at the end of the lane. Upon arrival Sept.5.7:20PM and getting our luggage I called for pick up and was told it would be 10minutes. I had given my number for SAFE CUSTODY before leaving for US on 8th of June 2007. The Duration was from 8th June till 1st September. When i returned on 2nd septemeber. We purchased a home warranty from National Home Protection in 2006. We couldn't at the time find anything bad about them online, we have since learned that the company was under another name at the time. Our dishwasher broke and we called for a preauthorization which we received. There was no local contractor so we were told to hire our own (this after a number of 20 minute waits on the phone). I saw the ad on The Cell Phone Store for a free phone , free shipping when ordering one phone Etc. Also if you were a customer you could update with a 2 yr contract extension. We had taken PRE-PAID TATA INDICOM-VSNL broadband connection. For almost a month we have no connectivity. Ever y time we call up the call center they first keep you on hold on the ground, with a recorded caption "PLEASE STAY ON THE LINE, AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY". Every week this company service goes out for days at a time. When I contact them to fi it, or reimburse me for time down, they do not reply nor do anything to fix any of the problems they have created. Jones Oklahoma is monopolized by this "carrier", otherwise I would seek service with another company. How are they allowed to do this ? why is no other company allowed to operate in Jones oklahoma. This is a clone of betamax company. I've subscribed with their voipcheap.com, justvoip.com, 12voip.com and recently nonoh.net. I've paid 10 Euros each in all there 4 websites. But on the next day itself, I couldn't place a call. It shows "Call ended due to an unknown error". Itz already about 3 to 4 months. I've emailed them, faxed them, phoned them. If you book for a cylinder they never delivery the same on the said date.Any how they will take at least 15 days. Even they are not picking up the phone at all. Minimum if try for continuously, there may be a chance. If they pick up the phones means, you should say thank God. I am a international traveler. I have bought a prepaid mobile connection of Air tel , the leading mobile communication provider in India., from Mumbai. The vendor told me that this particular plan will have Rs 450 talktime. However what he did not tell that out of 450 , Rs 200 talktime can be used only between the phones from the same company. I would like to hear from anyone that has a ad in the Veriszon yellow pages and that had the ad renewed without your authorization when the publication of the yellow pages was assumed by Idearc. Idearc tells me that a letter was mailed to me in August of 2006 advising me that my ad would automatically renew unless I advised them otherwise. However, I never received that letter. PODs. They are nationwide and on line. They are unbelievable! I ordered two pods, did NOT order blankets or locks, in fact went to U-Haul and bought my own items. Nevertheless, they loaded these items in to the POD containers, apparently expected me to remove them and return them to the driver who picked the pods up and when I didn't they charged me $119/month to rent blankets and a lock I never even used! Asurion cell phone insurance. I bought the insurance for my five Verizon Wireless phones. And one of my phones got damaged so I called the insurance who told me that my phone was not in stock but that they would send a comparable model. I had a account with virgin and while moving i had canceled it and settled the account with virgin after paying the cancellation charges. Then also since last five months virgin is taking payments from my bank account saying card payment made. When i contacted virgin they said sorry it was not updated in the accounts department and the refund will be processed the day itself and money will be reflected in my bank the other day. Today it is a week i have been following Virgin and they only have one reply that refund is in process. A couple days later I returned to the store to cancel my order and only then was made aware that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I was not entitled to a refund, only an in store credit that is only valid for one year. Because of a stalled train at NY Penn Station, no trains were able to leave or enter the station for at least 40 minutes. My bank account gets incorrectly debited by Auto page Cellular for an account I don't even have with them. Trying to solve the problem is like finding a needle in a hay stack!
