put my money back on my account.

i recieved a text on my phone and when i decided to add funds to my account it took 9.99 from my phone and i want that replaced cause i didnt ask for ringtones on my phone.

This company took 9.99 from my cell phone account without authorization or permission. When I tried to terminate the plan and get my money back I was unable to do so.

Deceptive website claims to give you free complimentary ring tones, never received any ring tones, but did however receive a $9.99 charge, they also hesitated to give me their business address, Beware.

A month ago I visited a website looking for the lyrics to a song and there was a advertisement on free Ringtones. The page that the link sent me to was a different page from their home page. It stated that I had to text message back to them to receive any Ringtones and that I would be charged $9.99 a month which I did not follow through and I never received any Ringtones from them, but they did not hesitate in charging me for the service any ways.

I've called them three times with no success in communications, I visited the web site in the first place for a free complimentary Ringtones which there was none and all I got was charged $9.99 for nothing. I call this a scam. Beware 'ringtonetimes.com'

I'm fighting back I contacted my cell phone company and had them put a note in my file not to pay the $9.99, that I will be subtracting $9.99 off my total amount amount due and if they pay it, I will cancel my service with them. I also own a few domains that I'm currently using as ripoff reports for this company.

I got a text message on my phone advising that Ringtontimes.com charged my card $9.99...

I have no knowledge of Ringtonetimes and have not authorized Ringtonetimes to charge me for anything...I have received no product or service from that company...

Now, you either refund my money on my card right away, or I'm contacting an attorney to press charges against you...I'm not going to wait very long for my refund because this type of sleazy scamming business that you're running to rip as many people off as you can really pisses me off...

GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK...DO YOU UNDERSTAND?...
