Hi, I cannot get off the FRYS (Outpost.com) email list, they keep sending me spam even though I have email, and called them in person requesting that they take me off this list. ILD Communications is billing me every month for some sort of voice mail they say i ordered. I have tried to Call them and the repeatedly give me a confirmation number and say a credit is being issued. I have been a Nextel customer for 1 year and have not really had any problems with my phone or service outside of normal dropped calls which is expected. I agreed to take the connection as it was sounding good that time.they told me that the new number will be activated within 24 Hrs.. its now 7 days past but the bloody number is still not working. I have not seen a monthly statement from HSBC for some time, even though I regularly make monthly payments to them. I've been charging my gas and meds, plus other things on occasion, on my Costco card for the sake of convenience. Costco contracts out their credit business to HSBC. Two years ago I purchased a Kenmore canister vacuum cleaner and a 70-pint dehumidifier. I got lucky, the vacuum cleaner died within a few months and it was covered under warranty. However, the dehumidifier lasted two whole seasons (it doesn't even run all year). I took it in to the parts place and they want $120 to fix it. Do not use handango its a fraud! Sometimes you get the download sometimes you dont. If you dont get download to bad nobody in customer service will respond. Read the warning signs pay per call.
