Do not order anything from this rip off. He sent me one of three items and then when questioned about the other two totally disregarded my emails and my faxes that he claims he will respond to which he does not. No phone number for him. I have been going to Radio Shack to have my cell phone topped up for three months now. Every time I top up, a particular girl would help me to add $40 to my cell phone account. No problem. I paid for Super Shuttle service prior on my charge card with travelocity to be taken to the hotel & returned to the airport. The driver was terrible and then took us to the wrong hotel, dropped us off & left, then I had to pay a taxi to take us to the correct hotel. I used this company to host my web site. However when I wanted to cut off the account, despite repeatedly asking them to do so, they have billed my credit card for another years' unwanted service. Have had to cut off my credit card and lodge a complaint with the bank. Do not use Omaxe packers & movers, they claim that they are ISO certified company. But actually they are fraud company, they can even run away with your goods. I have faced similar problem while shifting my house hold goods from Ghaziabad to B, lore. Damaged all the goods, some items missing in counting & also items missing from the boxes, deliver the goods late, will promise to accept 20% after the delivery. This is to bring to notice that I have been billed for full monthly charges for the billing period 23/05/07 to 22/06/07 vide invoice number 439591265. However, out of these 31 days, our internet was not working for 16 days, which computes to 51.61% of service delivery. Apart from this, the IVR for airtel is the most useless IVR I have ever seen. It is more of a consumer harrassment than a convenience. On June 28,2007 I purchased a 3/4 black helmet from the owner of this establishment. I took it home and was preparing to go on the motorcycle when my boyfriend noticed spider cracks in the left side where the rivot for the chin strap was attached. On Monday the 2nd of July I called Jeneen at Renegade and was told there were no refunds only exchanges ( which is in the helmet warranty as well ) I take the helmet back and she swears that I bought the helmet weeks before and she would not exchange. There is a kanti sweet factory in the residential/commercial area(Ashoknagar), where there are more than 40 people staying and nearly 30 gas cylinders kept inside. No proper precautions for these gas cylinders, if one bursts then half of that Ashoknagar area will disappear. I have 2 complaints against Telkom. Firstly, I received a CD which would allow me 3 months FREE internet access. As we had a prepaid phone, we tested the service. As this period came to an end we relocated to another province and hence no longer had the pre-paid phone. I would definitely agree with Varsha Bhide on the attitude of Jyoti Enterprises who are the franchisees for REliance. I had brought a Classic Phone from them after transferring my old number. The very next day the charger was not working... The Jyoti Enterprises Sales Staff, were very rude and uncooperative. They said that it was not their problem.
