After no response for over 8 months, i finally emailed Mr.Jason Gallow (email address: [email protected]) after i noticed similar complaints on this forum. He promptly replied, and promised to look into it. I got my GC on the second day via email. Thanks Jason! Looks like BuyTelco isn't that bad afterall. They are trying to makeup for past mistakes, or they are simply concerned about loosing their good name after forums such as this gave folks like us to post our grievances. But either way thanks to Mr Jason and complaintboard.com team.
