I bought a Cingular Wireless BlackBerry in Hawaii before I moved to New Mexico. I hired a contractor John Anderson,Pro-Tech to install a deck along with a ramp for my disabled husband. We live in the town of Colonie an he said we did NOT NEED a Builders Permit. CHI Host, happens to be one of those companies that are "full of hot air". Their "24-hour technical support" never returns my phone calls. On their website they boast a 99.9% uptime guarantee. I was with them for only 3 months and my websites went down twice already, bringing the uptime down to 99.25%. The fraction seems negligible, but not when you compute the downtime in number of hours. Wild West Domain is Ace of Space's affiliate registrar, which turned out to be another sore spot. Wild West Domains, a company based in Arizona, dragged their feet to transfer my domain names. When I received the scrubs, I found the color to be substantially different from other manufacturers I have purchased from. The color was so different that it does not match with everyone else at work. I cannot wear the scrubs. I emailed the company in hopes of getting a refund only to hear that they do not offer refunds....period. They offered me an exchange but I need the color that I ordered. After six months of Verizon FIOS VOIP serive, I am pretty disgusted and want go back to traditional service. I find Verizon FIOS VOIP to be unreliable. The acct number and pin number they give you do not work, their customer service phone never works. They do not respond to your E mail. They took my money 20 dollars, i have yet to make a phone call. I bought phonecard online and paid by credit card. instantly they provided me with my pin number and deducted money from my account. When i called the provided tollfree access number it was not working. As soon it connects it dies. I tried calling customer care and same thing happened with the customer support number. Do not use the online service provided by USPS for printing and posting. I used and the Labels did not print properly. But they charged my credit card. I requested for a refund and it has been some days and nothing has come. I hired EBZ Moving and Storage to complete a 12-mile residential in-state move on 12/29/04.
