I bought a five dollar phone card. The terms and conditions said no connection fee, additional charges for calls placed from a pay phone. I successfully placed one local, five minute call from a pay phone using the PIN number on the back of the card. Three days later I attempted to use the card to make a call from a land line. I was purchasing All Free Clear HE from a local Sam's Club up until a month or two ago as they did not have it. I then purchased All Free Clear with stainlifters because on the label it says "For use in all washing machines, including HE" in small blue letters in the upper right hand corner. I am a contract subscriber to MTN South Africa. Over the last six months or so I have tried to get the attention of the 808 help line; each time I was informed by a computerized voice "All our consultants are currently busy...". Four or five times I had to hold for over 40 minutes, eventually either to give up or have the line go dead. I wrote to MTN about this sort of service delivery but no reply has been forthcoming. My complaint with this k-mart is twice i have bought items on clearance racks in this store. When i get home to notice they charge you the regular full price and while bagging your items they take the full price and clearance tags off your items so you can not get the difference when you go to take your problem to them so you pay the full price. I am using reliance land phone for more than five years. Due to the thunder and lightening on25th of april, our phone broke out. I complained to the kollam sector. After couple of days one of their faculties came and took away the phone. Now when i asked about the same they are responding vulgarly. Patricia had purchased a willy dog and unsuccessfully received a cart with mechanical faults which willy dog never repaid her or fixed the cart. Since then we have purchased the cart and made $1200.oo worth of repairs and upgrades to the cart. Today the cart is worth its original price and more. They sold an inferior cart and never compensated the purchaser or anything. I purchased my son's Senior pictures from Dan Tibbetts the owner/photographer of Photo Highlights. I have not received them as of yet and my son has 20 days left of his Senior year. I can't send out invitations to the open house or send his announcements out until I receive them. I have called him and emailed numerous times. He will not return my messages. Recently, I have found out that there are four other people trying to get a hold of Dan for their wedding pictures. They all work at the post office with my ex-husband. I was allotted new Airtel Post Paid Connection - 9878003444 on 17th of April., 2007. The problem which i have faced since day one is that I have to pre-fix Zero before the Cell Number, dialing from BSNL Line from the Local Area. Prefixing of Zero before Cell Number is required only for STD Calls and not for Local Calls. I just got a call from Airtel Hyderabad, this was with regards to an acquaintance not having paid his phone bill. When i inquired where the person had taken my number from she said that it was given as a reference which I am very sure is untrue, I confronted her with this and she accepted that she had taken my number off the bill. This is absolute breach of confidentiality. My number is not even an Airtel number, these people cannot use bills to get numbers in such cases. This is the worst outfit I have encountered online. I ordered a hard drive on January 9, 2007 and received it shortly thereafter. It did not fit my computer and they issued an RMA ( DG07129A12). I sent it back with the RMA number. I waited a long time and when I sent several emails, they claimed that they have not received it. I am using the airtel mobile for past three years or more.when ever i want to recharge my phone through a voucher, i have dial a no. 123. And press the option 2 for recharging. I follow the procedure accordingly. And at the end i am asked to enter my voucher pin no, again and again at the final step of recharge procedure. My latest Verizon home telephone bill included a surprise from OAN Services Inc. It showed a call to their directory assistance was made 3/25/07. To use this service it says we dialed 1015158000 and for the privilege charged with taxes $7.57. The only directory service number we know is 411 and with this kind of rate for OAN Services it makes no sense to use. Sold a wedding dress and did the alterations. The dress does NOT look like it was supposed to. It is now so tight that my son's fiancee cannot breath and it is forcing what little skin she has out. She is by no means fat as the dress is below a size zero now. Also, the bra that "Norma" sold her now shows and she had the nerve to state that she saw it showing before the alterations but sold it to her anyway.
