Awful experience
Just found out that they didn't deliver funeral flowers to my best friend's dad's service supposedly because they couldn't find a florist in Oakhurst to do it. I find that hard to believe. They didn't bother telling me this info until after the service started, so I didn't have the option of trying other avenues myself. The manager was mildly apologetic at the most and offered to call my friend and tell her that I did try to order flowers. I said somehow I doubted that after going to her dad's funeral, she'd want to talk to some idiotic person about why she didn't get flowers. They already charged my card but assured me it'd be credited immediately. I'll be leaving another review if that doesn't happen and I think I'll also contact the BBB. Stay away from these people!!!

I wish I could give them ZERO!
I wish I could give them a ZERO! I received an email that the flowers hadn't been delivered (it wasn't even attempted there was no note left). I called the next day to ask which local florist they had used so my dad could go pick up the flowers for my mom. They wouldn't tell me but said they'd call the local florist, see if it was OK, and call me RIGHT BACK. (no call for the next hour, I have call waiting) While waiting I started calling all the florists around my parents area and located the local florist myself. She couldn't have been nicer and went way out of her way to track down what had happened. I had ordered white daisies and the florist didn't have white in so she had asked justflowers to call me for an OK to substitute. They finally got a call back at 4:30 PM saying it they had recieved an OK. That's clearly too late for delivery yet that day and THEY NEVER CALLED ME to ask about the substitution at all. They had both my home and cell numbers so I was available all day. I double checked. No messages or missed calls on either phone. SO JUSTFLOWERS CANCELLED MY ORDER!!! I demanded a complete refund from justflowers and ordered directly from the local florist. I will never use a national florist system again but find local florists on yellowpages.com. The local ones have a business reputation to uphold and care about customer service.

Horrible Experience
My significant other ordered flowers from JUSTFLOWERS.COM weeks in advance to be delivered to me on Valentine's Day.The flowers never arrived. Noone from the company ever called him or me, the recipient, and they had numbers for both. For three days we tried to get through to the customer service line only to listen to a recording that said "due to the holiday and high volume of calls, you will need to call back or send us an email with your customer service complaint, " and then it would hang up on us. We continued to call on the hour and sent an email. Finally, three days later I was able to get through to a representative only to be told that the flowers were delivered. THEY WERE NOT, and when I protested, she said she would have to call the local florist who was supposed to deliver it the following morning and get back with us. She refused to refund the ~$65 they charged to his credit card. After reading many complaints, this seems to be a pattern with this company, & we still have not received a refund. I STRONGLY URGE YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

flowers/delivery/money
I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday but no delivery, no call, no fee waived only $4.99 waived on express delivery... so disappointed I should have googled them first!!
They suck ass!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEY ARE A RIP OFF OF MONEY AND TIME>>> WE SHOULD ALL START A REPUTABLE FLOWER BUSINESS AND PUT JUSTFLOWERS.COM OUT OF BUSINESS THEY SUCK ASS!! REALLY NO LIES HERE, People Just Look up a local Florist in the area you need the delivery... So Much Easier than Dealing With these inconsiderate JERKS!! How they are still in business is beyond me... Please pass the word on their shady dealings and spare a loved one!

No flowers delivered
I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday. They were not delivered. The night that they were supposed to be delivered they called and said there would be an extra charge. I still don't know why there was an extra charge. My husband gave them our credit card again over the phone. It was quite late already and he asked them if the flowers are going to be delivered tonight. They confirmed.

The flowers were never delivered. I called to complain the next day. Their response was "there is nothing we can do".

I found out later that when they accept an order at a given price, they shop your order around, and see if they then can find some local florist who will accept it. They never tell you this, and don't even tell you if they can't get it delivered.

Non delivery, poor customer service
Valentines day order placed 2/9/2011. Credit card charged same day. Dellivery to have been made on 2/11/2011. No delivery ever made. Calls to customer service (note lower case) over three days were met by same response - would contact local florist for status (even after acknowledging that the local florist was not returning calls and their voice mailbox was full) and call me back. never receive any return call. Don't let these folks spoil your special occasion. Find another provider for your business.

charged my credit card, did not deliver flowers
I ordered flowers on 12/30/2010 to be sent for a birthday gift. Just Flowers accepted the order and charged my debit card (credit card transaction) $55.97 . The flower delivery was set for January 1, 2011. At 4:30 eastern time on on January 1, Justflowers called me to tell me they couldn't deliver the flowers on January 1, and rescheduled the delivery for January 3. On January 3 at about 3:00 p.m. eastern, the again called to tell me this time that they didn't have the flowers I ordered, that they wanted to substitute white roses for the colored ones I ordered. I agreed with that, and they promised to deliver the flowers right away. That night at 8:00 p.m., still no flower delivery. I called and asked what's up, they said a supervisor would have to call me back. This morning, Tuesday January 4, a supervisor called me back to tell me they are cancelling the order. They promise to return my money, but after reading the posts here, I doubt they will. What terrible customer service. I'd never use this company again.

NO DELIVERY OF ORDER
Placed an order for a plant to be delivered to a funeral viewing & service for Kathy Cain- @ Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home on Thursday afternoon, in Raymond MS 39154. Plant never arrived. Called Just Flowers & they told me it had been delivered. I spoke with Funeral Home which checked all flowers & it was not there. Called Just Flowers again, still said it was delivered but would call local flortist & Mr. Rowe at funeral home. They then called me after funeral time & said flower was not delivered. I asked why, miscommunication they said. Have requested a credit to my charge card. How humilating this is for me. This roder was place Tuesday for Thursday viewing. Shame on JUST FLOWERS. They don't need to be in business if this is how they do things. Order # 4490233. BEWARE OF JUST FLOWERS!!!

Horrible customer Service
Scammed my mom $90 to purchase $15 of Mums that we could have bought at the local gracery store.
They didnt even get the right flower. Upset her through the entire funeral.

Horrible Service!
Their customer support staff is a joke and the management team is ridiculous! This company's core structure is completely horrific and holds absolutely no value towards their customer base.
Our company has been fighting with "Joseph, Ray, and Celyn" for a month regarding flowers that were never received. There has to be something else we can do! Join forces?
