Do not go by ISO certification. They do not even have a proper office in Gurgaon. I have given my goods & car shipment based on this certification & later realized this organization no where fits into that certification. They do not have offices in any other city & reply on other vendors. No response for phone calls - they simply do not answer your calls. Expect severe delay in delivery of goods. i am waiting for 24 days & don't know how many more days it will take to get my goods from Delhi to Chennai. Ive been charged wit an amount of Rs 249 every month inspite of not having GPRS activated on my cell. I had requested Airtel to deactivate my GPRS in Feb 07.Due to my complain to kolkata customer service I was refunded Rs 498. I do not have GPRS on my phone. My 70-year old husband has been hospitalized 3 times since November. I had ordered the E-Bay CD to learn how to utilize the website in October. I never received the CD but have been billed monthly since October the sums of $9.95 and $49.95. I have just had a chance to catch up on my bills and reviewed them carefully. I told them that i have the phone jack already and said no problem that the will send a tech. out they came out on Thursday and said it will take 24 hours to activate it well 48hrs later no service. What you pay is what you get (or do NOT get in this case!) I never received my order and FINALLY got UPS to issue a credit; however, they had to issue it to Classic Closeouts. Classic Closeouts refuses to issue the credit back to me! Additionally, Frantz (who is probably the ONLY “employee” there) will NOT return my emails or calls. A wind storm caught my outdoor ceiling fan. got it spinning and tilted it into the arbor. All blades broke. I am trying to purchase new blades. The fan is new and they still are selling the same model at Home Depot. The Hampton Bay website gives me no options to order the blades or even communicate with them about my situation. Sears in Virginia. They have now done me in for the last time. First thing they did wrong: I bought a stand up freezer from them years ago. It was delivered with 2 big holes in the bottom sides of it, looked like they hit it with a forklift. Had to wait 2 weeks to get another one and not in the color I wanted. I am having post paid connection of tata indicom and there was a scheme in my connection for which i was paying 150 rs. per month and all my incoming was free. After that they changed the plan and i got letter that since April i will be charged 40 paisa per call i m having the letter. My gripe is with Snap On Tools of Kenosha Wisconsin Let me first say that Snap-On tools make some of the best quality tools in the business. I have been buying and using Snap-on tools for most of my life. There is no comparison to other companies when it comes to quality. Mechanics like me pay a lofty premium for Snap On tools off the truck. We pay a lot more than what Sears charges for Craftsman. I purchased a prepaid connection of Airtel because i intended to use the edge advantage that airtel provides. I got my Mobile Office services activated however till date didn't manage to access the facility on PC. I can access it on mobile. I've tried it on almost 3 different handsets, still none of the customer care agent is able to help me with computer settings. I was very clear in speaking with him when they were to be delivered and I provided written instructions too. He assured me he knew what he was doing. My Father had recently taken a new Tata Indicom connection (Prepaid, Hyderabad) and its was confirmed by the dealer and the customer care that the roaming is pre-activated. I asked them what financial institution they were affiliated with -- I have only one credit card which is with a local bank. They said Visa and Mastercard. T-Mobile's service is horrendous and customers are not even worth $20. T-Mobile's automated system gives out incorrect information about your phone being restored in two hours. However, my service was off for more than 5 hours and a supervisor acted as if because I had a past due amount, I shouldn't be saying anything.
