I been Allocated STD/ISD/PCO/FAX/Internet booth at New Platform No: 06 of Vadodara Railway Station. Having booth ID: BRC-5 for Physically Handicapped Person belonging to OBC category. For this purpose I applied for New STD PCO Connection of your company. The Details are following.

But the Connection is rejected on 28-11-2006 by your installation officer. I don’t known why are you rejected this connection.

I deposit amount 4100/- for new connection. In your teams & condition is if connection is reject or cancel the deposit refund within 45 days.

Till Today I not get this deposit form you or your company.

I many times verbally complaint to your officer(s) Mr. Rajnikant but they don’t given me response after some times he don’t received my phone. Then I gone for meet them on your office on baroda old padra road. But there not given me entry in that office. When I contact your service center for refund they give me massage the office is change to alkapuri for every refund cashes. I gone for registered complaint for refund there are don’t given me proper answer. And they only registered complaint and told me that your complaint sold within 45 Days. And I told them given me complain copy for record they say here only registered complain and not given any document for this. When I gone after 45 days and enquiry for my complain so they told the prosier is continue. And your officers are not proper talking with me. When I told them please registered my another complain they told me there are registered only one time complain and when I asked them officers Contact No. They directly said No for given me. Than I asked form 197 and I talked with Mr. Rajnikant for this complain and they given me them higher officer No. Mrs Monica. When I talked with her she told me I sold this complain within a week and also I complain about Mr. Rajnikant for him behavior with me She also told me she gating action to him. But Today 16-05-2007 I contact her for this complain first in morning she doesn’t received my phone. when she received my phone at 11:54 am she told me she was in a meting and call me letter at 4 o’clock after noon. Then I call her at 4:30 further she told me she was in meting then when I said call me when you are free form your meting she told me that she don’t call me and I try further after one hour.
