At the time of installation of Tata Indicom Set Model - LG 10, we were told of providing all type of facilities. We are having total 4 nos. of above sets and we were getting all the times the said sets recharged by voucher amounting to Rs. 220/- and Rs. 336.15. Now, the dealer (M/s. Sri Ram Sales, Bank More, Dhanbad) & agent available in Dhanbad is telling that low value vouchers are not available and only amount of Rs. 560/- and above are available, which does not suit to our requirement. I ordered the Bennoti espresso system for my husband for Christmas. It arrived after Christmas, but works great and he loves it. However, it only uses the Bennoti coffee caps. As he was running out of the initial order, I placed an order for several more on April 11, 2007. Since that time, we have not received the order and all correspondence via email gets only an automatic response. I was unfairly charged a labor fee of $75 because Enbridge argues that never got a note from my contractor showing repairs concerning a previous tag (boiler malfunction), which was repaired after on-time. Even the same day when my contractor replaced the old boiler unit they discovered a leak from the gas meter and notified Enbridge immediately. I had already notified Enbridge months ago for the same problem but they never called me back or solve this gas leak which they consider an emergency.

I too signed up for 6 promotional offers to receive a $500 Target gift card from Consumer Gain. I completed the requirements on March 18, 2007. Today is May 9, 2007 and I still haven't received verification from the sponsors. Under the agreement package, it states that it only takes 2-3 weeks to get notification and then they will notify you of your status. Today is the 53 day, and I still haven't received notification that I have fulfilled my agreement.

Once again I am asking myself why the heck did I ever go to Best Buy!! I mailed an OVERPAYMENT of $200 to the retail services so I could begin paying my debt back quickly. Well, they "said" they didn't receive the payment ontime (I mailed it well over 2 weeks early and the distance for it to arrive in CA takes 1-2 days max). UPS service stinks - they supposedly tried to deliver a package to my home today, yet they did not even knock on the door but left a notice. I particularly stayed home today to get this package, and now I have to be inconvenienced to make a trip to the UPS office (which I don't even know where it is) to receive my package. And they do not deliver on Saturdays, which is another way of penalizing hard working people who work during the week... At least Fedex delivers on Saturdays. read full review »

Biggest Challenge #1: I purchased a garden window (Milgard) from Home Depot that cost $1,100. I was promised the window in 10 days and I scheduled my contractors who were on site doing other remodels to install it 1 week after the due date to account for potential shipping challenges. My sister had godiva chocolate sent to my mother for mother day 2007 they where all melted when arrived by ups at 5:45 pm from 800flowers.com. My mother called to tell them we live in florida they are on the truck all day so they are melted, they said they would send a replacement. They arrived the 2nd time again late in the day and all melted. She call again and they said well they can not send another box but offered her a 20% discount on her next order.

We spent a lot of money to get this satellite service, and continue to pay a lot of money each month to keep it. Unfortunately the email does not work. What is more frustrating is trying to get some help. The customer service is absolutely insane. They tell you to try in about an hour and it should be fixed, etc. Or they tell you to hold (after you have been waiting for a long, long time) for a minute and then disconnect. Carpeting: I had a horrible experience when I recently purchased 95 yards of carpet and pad from CarpetMaster in Latham. They did not remove the old pad and install the new pad even though i paid for the pad and the removal of the old pad and installation of the new pad.

It is very much a family company. They employ only 1-3 other people besides Amy. They use none of the latest media buying or planning resources because they cannot afford them. I have activated my mobile with the std recharge of 875 rupees, within 2 days my balance of 700 got deducted, when i have asked customer care in reliance web world, Ameerpet, Hyderabad. They said that balance will be recovered in 24 hors, but not happened.
I went to web world for 3 times, for the 3 times they have kept me waiting for 1 hour, even though there was no solution. Finally i have decided to gave up. read full review »

• I was given a grossly underestimated quote for service.

I was referred to A&E Factory Service by the company (Factory Builder Store) where I purchased my refrigerator. They indicated A&E does all services under warranty. I have had the same technician come out twice to fix a drain in my freezer. Both times have been unsuccessful and most recent visit resulted in the freezer not working at all. I am a resident of Orissa and currently working in mumbai for two months. I have to make a lot of STD calls regularly so i had asked customer care for activation of STD scheme. I was said it will be done in 24 hrs. The request was placed on friday morn 9 am. Toll free line not working in Arni near (chennai) gave lots of complaints to customer care they are are not responding every call they are asking 24hours time but they are not working in it. After 5 days they are giving we can not tell anything if the toll free number is not working .

I have booked 3 times for my broadband connection and still have not yet received the broadband connection at my home. First time I booked the broadband along with the new phone connection. I got the phone connection but no broadband. When inquired, I came to know that they have not received my booking at all. How is that possible? If you use the BELL SYMPATICO SERVICE it is possible that you might be paying extra for services you are not receiving. Bell currently charges based on the transmission rate under 1megabit, 2.5megabit or 6megabit rates.
The problem is that they cannot guarantee the 6megabit service so most people paying for this service are only getting the 2.5megabit service and sometimes only 1.5megabit. You can verify if you are getting what you paid for by doing this simple test.

I am the user of Hutch mobile service and they have deducted Rs 30 form my account without informing me for caller tone service. I have contacted many times to Hutch customer care service, but they say that they will deactivate my caller tone service and refund Rs 30 back to my account. But still the caller tone service is activated and they don’t bother to listen to my complain. I am very much frustrated with the service.

After some 5 years with this provider we began looking for another one because Intersabre had pretty slow cPanel access, Webmail access or sometimes even website access...
When we finally decided to change providers they sent us an e-mail asking us why we were moving and we politely stated the reasons given above.
We continued to ask them permission to access our area in order to backup and download our databases or for them to do it. We already had backed up our /public_html area.

They wont ship your order until you call them to verify it, then they try to sell you all this extra stuff stating that your product more than likely wont work without some of these items. When you refuse to purchase anything they then tell you that your product is an "import model" and everything will be in some other language unless you order the more expensive model.
