No show!
Summarized by this e-mail I sent them today: I am sending this e-mail because I HAVE NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE OTHER THAN CUSTOMER NO-SERVICE AT YOUR COMPANY. It is 2pm on May 22nd, the day we scheduled the subject order for a window or 10am-noon. At 11:30, I received a call from your dispatch saying your person was running a little late but should be here by the end of our window at noon, maybe 5 or 10 minutes later.

As of 1:22pm, so I called your customer service number and spoke with Mary. She said she would send a message to dispatch to find out when someone would arrive.

About 1:30pm, Lisa at dispatch customer service called to say you will send the next available tech but you only have one tech in our area today. She could not give me a time. I quizzed her as to why we were not told that at 11:30 instead of two hours later, and she said maybe you didn’t know there was only one tech in the area, that one or two quit. Give me a break. If someone called at 11:30 to say your tech would be here about 30 minutes later, she would have had to know he was on the way, otherwise someone in your company gave her bad information (i.e., did not tell the truth). She said she could not give me any more information and referred me back to the same customer service number that had sent the message to her. I immediately called that number and spoke with Lesha (?) (she spoke very low and was hard to understand). She had absolutely no information, not even that one or two people had quit or that there is only one in the area today, and could only say you will send the next available tech. She could not give me even an estimated time. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she could not connect me, she could only ask a manager to call me and could not give me a response time. As of this moment (2:09pm, no one has called.

Our furniture has been moved for this cleaning because you said your tech would be here between 10 and 12. I have missed a very important 2pm appointment I made in reliance on your assertion that your tech would be here within the two hour window. I could have made the meeting if dispatch had told me the truth at 11:30. The worst part is: it is now 2:05pm and we have no idea when or if someone will show up. Even if they do show up, the carpet will not be dry for at least three hours (you claim of 15 to 45 minutes drying time is BS based on our past experience).

NOTE: IT IS NOW 3:00PM AND STILL NO SHOW, NO MANAGER CALL, NO IDEAS WHEN OR IF THEY WILL SHOW.
