Do not use
I ordered flowers for Mothers Day 5/7 and they STILL are not delivered on 5/11. Intially they said they would be delivered on 5/7 or on 5/8 no later than noon. I called 5 times on mothers day and got the run around about their vendors. They no doubt are using low grade vendors than cannot keep their commitments. This is no doubt the worst on-line experience I have had. Have used ProFlowers many times without incident. Just flat horrendous service. I just cancelled my order. We will see how that goes. You have been warned.

Order never arrived, but I was billed
I ordered flowers to be delivered from 1800flowers for the Saturday before Mother's Day. They never arrived and I never receive any contact saying they would not arrive, despite the company having all my contact information. They did charge my credit card. When I contracted the customer service representative, she told me they did not have a vendor in Eau Claire Wisconsin so they could not EVER fulfill the order. She offered me 20% off my next order. Does she think I am that stupid that I would use them again? I requested a refund that took a week to come. This company is definitely not legitimate.

Rip off
I ordered a Sympathy Dish Garden" on Monday Feb 7th, 2011 from 1800flowers.com for my nephews girlfriend's fathers funeral to be delivered on Sunday Feb 13, 2011 to the Funeral Parlor in Pompano Beach Florida. All info regarding the service ( Parlor address, family name, phone number, etc) had been given. My nephew called me from the service on Feb 13, 2011 and said the dish garden had never arrived. I called 180flowers.com and spoke to a representative who told me 2 different versions. The first was that the florist could not deliver them - with no reason given WHY. The rep said there was no information as to why.The second version from the same rep saidwas that the dish garden was delivered after the service was over. I was very upset and dissatisfied as this was so important as the deceased's daughter is just 20 years old and dealing with a sudden loss of her father and a funeral the day before Valentines day. I explained this to the representative. Then the rep was quickly wanting to give me a full reimbursment, but I wanted the order to be delivered the next day ( Valentines Day - the day after the service ) to their home. The rep said that it was going to be a busy day as it was Valentines Day and was preceeding to tell me that she could not assure delivery. I immediately said, " I do not care how many Valentine deliveries they had...that they should without a doubt make this delivery a priority." She said that she would have to contact "someone" and for me to call back when I got the home address for the deceased's family in order to send it. I got the address, phone etc from my nephew and called back and got a new representative who again looked up the information via my order number. This representative told me that the florist that they placed the order with did not deliver to funeral parlors. Now, it doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out upon 1800flowers.com placing a order with one of their contracted florists as they said " sympathy dish garden" . I placed my order 6 days in advance! What a load of crap! Can you belive that this came out of the representatives mouth? What a rip off. The second rep said that she would call me back after contacting "a florist" regarding delivering the sympathy dish garden on Valentines Day. She finally called me back and said the florist would deliver the order between 9 am and 7 pm Feb 14th 2011. I asked the rep to contact the florist again and to ensure that if by chance someone could not get to the door for any reason ( ie, in bathroom, in shower ) that the rep leave it on their front door step or with a neighbor...that I postively did not want a note left to say they had stopped but no one answered and to call for re-delivery) I said to the rep that if they did not delivery or left a note, the next step would be for me to get an attorney on this issue. I called my nephew back after my last conversation with 1800flowers.com and explained the conversation I had with them. I asked him to let me know if the sympathy dish garden gets delivered today.

This is the first time I have used 1800flowers.com and it will certainly be my LAST!

I had to explain all of this to my nephew and with a deep apology from our family to his girlfriend and her family. What a horribly unacceptable business this 1800flowers.com is. Is there no justice to be had with these rip off artists?

I would STRONGLY advise that NO ONE USE THIS HORRIBLE FLORAL SERVICE!

awful flowers/awful service
My fiance ordered flowers from 1800flowers for valentines day. This was our first valentines day since we got engaged. He paid $80 plus extra for vday delivery and such and the flowers were AWFULLLLLLLL. They used mostly filler flowers and they were the UGLIEST bunch of flowers I have ever seen in my life!!! He would have been better off going to the food store flower section for $6.99. I used the chat program to let them know how bad the flowers were. They guaranteed a redelivery by 3:00 the next day (I leave work at 3). At 2:50 I contacted them again. They hadn't even left to deliver them yet. I finally just asked for a refund. They did say yes but what an awful disappointment!! I will NEVER EVER EVER order from them again.

horrible all the way around
I ordered roses for my wife with candy and teddy bear. I paid almost $85.00. First of all the delivery person called my wife when I told them not to call her. When they delivered the flowers there were only 2 roses in a bouquet. When I ordered a dozen of roses. A very tiny teddy bear and a 1.00 box of candy.

Incompetent all the way
I also watched that show and I was very impressed how much he cared about the employees and his product. That is why I am so surprised at what has happened to me in the past week. I simply ordered flowers for my Daughter who was having a very special Birthday, her 23rd brithday. I ordered them the day before her birthday to assure they would get there in time I added a beautiful card to be presented with the flowers. I put a lot of time and thought into the perfect flower arrangment. I found the perfect one. With order placed I felt assured my daughter would be smiling on her special day when she recieved this beautiful arrangment of flowers. It did not work out that way, anything but. The flowers never arrived to her even after confirmation that were delivered...I called to see why they had not arrived and was told there was a bit of confusion. After a very lenghty phone call I was told I would get back a full credit for my trouble and no delivery of the flowers. I was offered to have the flowers sent again the following day at no charge to me, I accepted and once again gave all the details need to insure proper delivery and was assured they would arrive again they did not arrive nor was I informed they did not arrive until late that night when I called to check status of the order. After a long 3 days of dealing with 1800flowers and many hours on the phone with them and emials exchanged after the 3rd time of them assuring me they would m ake sure my daughter finally got her birthday flowers I recieved a phone call telling me We are sorry but we cannot locate any flowers so we are canceling your order. I have never been so upset. I tried to do a special thing for my daughter on her special day and went thru what I thought were the professionals of the industry. They failed beyond words and when all was said and done they wrote me off wanting me to go away. What this company doesnt seem to realize is it's people like me that keep them going. To add insult to injury after never recieving any flowers they charged my credit card 3 times I am not sure this nightmare will ever be resolved.

Overcharged
Ordered two bouquets (882394 &882396) for Valentines Day, both looked like they were bought in a grocery store check-out line, looked nothing like the picture on the website. One lived for about a week, however the expensive roses arrived with one dead, and survived three days; based on that alone. Never Again!

This really is not my biggest complaint. I ordered these Flowers in the early morning of the 11th of February, to be delivered the same day in the evening. This generated two extra charges. $11.99 for the same day, and $4.99 for the evening (on each bouquet..for additional charge of $38.37 incl tax.

20 minutes after ordering, Bloomex.ca phoned (1-800-Flowers) to advise that nobody under their contract delivers in the evening in my area (suburban London), and the flowers would have to be sent by CanPar (courier); sometime the next business day.

The flowers arrived at 5pm the next day, and 1-800-Flowers processed the credit card charges as if they honored the delivery request I originally requested and charged the $38.37 delivery fee for Flowers that came in a cardboard box by courier a day later, not the same day in evening I requested and paid an extra $38.37 for!

The flowers did not look anything like the picture on their website, and I paid $140.00 for check-out flowers, that would have been $19.98 if I went to the local discount grocery store, no vase, nothing!

I wrote an email to 1-800-Flowers advising that they charged my credit card for the original delivery terms that they could not live up to, and here it is March 1 - and they have failed to reply or credit the difference back to my credit card.

Poor Service, Poor Quality, and Internet Shipping Fee Bandits! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

LiveWell Charge
In July, my boyfriend bought me flowers through 1800Flowers.
Today, (9/15/09), We found a charge on his statement of $38.99 by LiveWell. We called the number immediately but their office isnt open until 9am. So we did our research and apparently this seems to be a reoccuring practice by 1800flowers!
The 1800flower representative said LiveWell is their partner company and she said she's never heard of this happening before and that we should handle it with LiveWell.
We are pissed off that a company like 800Flower is still doin business.
We were signed up for something was not mentioned at all by 1800Flowers Representative. This a fraudulent unauthorized charge and I will be making a call to LiveWell first thing in the morning!

unauthorized charges
I ordered flowers through I800FLOWERS. 1. They sent the flowers but didn't include a card. 2. After I complained they said they would give me a 20% discount on my credit card; I received 10 % 3. They authorized TLG LIVE WELL to charge 38.99 to my credit card account. I did not authorize this charge. I do not want to belong to TLG LIVE.

I will NEVER again order from 1800FLOWERS!!!
