We bought our place 5 years ago and our contract was sold to Countrywide. We tried getting refinancing through them but was denied because someone had removed the HUD tags on the back of manufactured home. When the appraiser came out he told us that if we get an affidavit of a fixture that it should be enough but per Countrywide it wasn't. They charge 550/- for 256 kbps for 1.5 gb download and they are not up to their expectations. They are not capable of providing uninterrupted connection at all.
