Airtel Customer Service is really bad. I called up customer service for Airtel Prepaid for 4 times from US as my parents were stuck in London and balance on the card was zero. I called up airtel customer service 4 times and each time asking for prepaid section it was transfered to post paid department. Every time they gave me the same number to call and each time my call was transferred to post paid department. The way of talking of customer service people was so very bad. They were not helpful and did not give information. Also they make me feel that i was some fool calling again and again. A request to transfer that call to prepaid department did not work. the customer service did not understand the word urgency. A request to talk to supervisor result in customer service people hanging phone.
Do not go to Airtel.
