Order was never delivered
I placed an order with 800FLOWERS.COM because they advertised same day delivery service. At 9:30 am on 3/1 I placed an order for my daughter's 21st Birthday. I received an email confirmation letting me the order will be sent out. An hour later I received a phone call letting me know, although the web site adveritises same same delivery, this particular order could not be placed. I asked the representative to let me know what flowers could be delivered that day. With her assistance we placed another order cancelling the first order (new order number etc.) I checked periodically with my daughter to see if she received them. Finally at 9:00pm I called the 800FLOWERS and had my call shipped over seas with a representative that tried to find out why the order was delivered. The local florist called within an hour of the original order letting them know it wouldn't be delivered. I never received an email or phone call. I tried to reach someone at their corporate offices only to be more outraged with their lack of concern. They charged my credit card too.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE YOU'LL NEVER GET YOUR FLOWERS BUT YOU'LL RECEIVE A BILL.

Flowers never arrived - Valentines Day
I ordered flowers for my wife one week early. She was suppose to get a dozen roses for Valentine's Day (Feb 15, 2008) but theu never showed up. I was billed on my credit card and I had to argue with several employees cause they some how didn't have my order on file. That's silly, even though I gave them my credit card number over the phone they still couldn't find my order. Then soundenly one od the supervisors gives me the following phone number 860 388-1007. I called this new number and they found my order and said they would credit me the amount debited. It should show up in a few days. WHAT ABOUT MY POOR WIFE THAT DIDN'T GET ANY FLOWERS ON VALENTINE'S DAY!!!!!!.

I will never order flowers from 1800Flowers.com again!!!

Send melted chocolates
My sister had godiva chocolate sent to my mother for mother day 2007 they where all melted when arrived by ups at 5:45 pm from 800flowers.com. My mother called to tell them we live in florida they are on the truck all day so they are melted, they said they would send a replacement. They arrived the 2nd time again late in the day and all melted. She call again and they said well they can not send another box but offered her a 20% discount on her next order.

Hello 800flowers.com send them over night so they arrive early in the morning before they can melt on the hot ups truck. Needless to say my mother got no edible candies from 800flowers.com. I hope my sister calls and they will at least refund her, her money. Wish I could attach a picture for you to see the mess.
