rediff inbox not opening inbox
From last few days I am unable to open the inbox of rediffmail.com

rediff service very dirty and not good... when i trind to open it shows like this
"Our servers are facing a temporary technical problem.
We are the inconience caused. Please tyagine after some time.
If this problem persists, the please visit http://support.rediff.com/rediffmail.htm"

plz take an action on rediff because of unsatisfied service

I burnt my fingers with Rediff Shopping. It's shocking that these big portals have no qualms about cheating and deceiving people. I ordered a pair of Cargo Shorts from rediff shopping recently. At least that's what I thought I'd be getting. I happily processed my order, and couldn't wait to pay the courier guy when he reached my house.

What I opened the package, I was shocked to say the least. I laid my eyes on the most horrible looking shorts (if I can call them that) I have ever seen. Seriously, someone would have to pay me money to wear these in public. The material is like a rag, a dirty paper thin cloth. The design and styling is nowhere near cargo - these are more like the bermudas that were popular a decade ago. To top it all, the colour, is a PALE YELLOW WITH FLOWERS ON IT. Not Blue, Black, Green, Brown or Khakhi mentioned on the order page. Rediff.com, if you're reading, is this what you call Cargo Shorts?

After reporting the matter to the rediff support team, I got a message saying that I should courier the order back to the cheat seller who sent this to me from Mumbai. Yes sure, and I now I should spend that more money on top of this.

I am posting a picture of what I received here so that everyone can see the clear difference between promises and delivery. I also wonder how many people were swindled like me. Interestingly, rediff rates this seller (K-ValueMart, Mumbai) highly. Rediff, get your act together.

My e'mail has been locked by the company stating that "not being used for long time". Where as fact is that, it has been used regularly, more over it has been used in the morning time todaty and during evening time yesterday also. I do not know how does this type of complain beeing raised and e'mail blocks. Because of such problems I'm not able to either send my mails or see the received mails.
Here by I request you, please resolve the problems at earliest.

I am getting regular Vulgar SMS's from this Person Sunil from his rediffboll ID, his id is: [email protected]. Rediff.com should hold those guy and charge him according internet Laws but there is no such process for it.

I placed ordered (Order No: 4068138 ) with this site's shopping portal on 25 th Aug 2007. On tracking I saw a message stating dispatched on 30th Aug and delivered (does not give delivery date). On 11th Sept when I checked with the person to whom I had sent it, he said that he didn't get anything. When I reported this to the site on 11th Sept itself, customer support executive responded on 12 th sept writing "With reference to your mail, we would like to inform you that due to high volume of Rakhi orders Vendors are still updating the dispatch information on the system. we are checking up with our enabling partners and would get back to you within 48 hours. " It is way past 48 hours and moreover the bigger issue is providing false information on the site- "order delivered". I am already fighting with this site for duplicating my other order -the very same day. Do not trust this site!!!
