I purchased a Body Benefits® Compact Heated Massager by Conair, and one evening, when laying in bed, I had the massager under my behind, as the muscle was extremely tight. After about 5 minutes I turned it off and went to sleep. Several hours later when I woke up, I reached down to move it and it was like putting my hand on a stove burner that was left on high. Sears Portraits charged our credit card but never sent the photos we ordered, customer service says to keep waiting, then told us we waited to long to let them know there was a problem. They said they will refund the money, but haven't done so. We were told that the Sears Portrait Studio no longer had access to our prints, so we were instructed to go online to searsphotos.com to order reprints. Hi, My Tata Indicom Broadband Internet connection user name is terencevaz. I cannot not recollect but I had applied for this connection around 7 to 8 months back. Initially everything was good. I finished my first months and the problems began. There was some problem with the connection so I called the customer helpline. In April, a charge was put on my credit card that was not mine I was told to "remove it" and pay only the balance since it would be "put in dispute" and removed before my next billing. I have received finance charges ever since I did the above, and was told (6) different reasons by (6) different people, including supervisors... each telling my the one prior gave me incorrect information! Do not purchase archos products! Their products are junk! When they inevitably fail, as they will, getting through to their customer support is essentially impossible, unless you have the better part of a morning to remain on the telephone. If you do eventually get through, and get an RMA number with which to return the defective unit for repairs, do not expect it to actually be repaired!! I sent in an AV500 mobile DVR which they kept for a month, then finally returned to me in exactly the same defective condition in which I had returned it to them. We were charged $79.99 on a recent Visa bill, from “Great Fun”. I found Great Fun on the web, called and canceled what they called a “new membership” in their travel club. I called Visa and complained about the charge. They canceled the payment, and told me that I have to be careful in certain websites, that I don’t inadvertently sign up for a club like this by NOT unchecking a box where I am agreeing to join. Bullseye Telecom convinced me to switch from AT&T/SBC, promising to save me money on my phone bill, at least $5.00 per month. (I typically pay $38.00 per month to AT&T) I got my first bill, and was surprised to find that it cost me $5.00 more per month. This is long but worth it. I come from a family of small business owners. My father and 2 grandfathers all owned small retail business'. All 3 men were successful at what they did and much of the reason had to do with honesty and integrity. The only company my father ever complained about when I was growing up was Sears. When I first moved to the Southern California area I had AT&T but left them in disgust because it seemed everytime I turned a corner I would have dropped calls. I have taken a broadband connection of Airtel-India. Inspite of the payment of my bill my services have been barred and there is no support from the customer care. They behave very rudely and keep forwarding the phone from one person to other. I bought this iron from Lowe's a couple months ago. I sent in registration. At first I loved the iron, however I can't put water in it! When I try to steam the water leaks out the bottom, I have water spots all over my clothes.
