defective cigarettes
the glue is not holding the filter onto the cigarette. 5 out of every pack seem to be defective. after 4 packs i have lost 18 cigarettes.

defective
i bought a pack of camel lights and opened the pack, lit my cigarette and obviously wasnt paying attention. i noticed it was wet on the filter when i put it on my lips to smoke it and i looked at it and it had a smiley face drawn on it. now if i had'nt had the pack for more that a minute i would think it was a practical joke played on me but i had just purchased them and was alone. i assume it was spit from the facory it was made in, i cant think of what else could have cause this nasty cituation!!! absolutely discusting!!! who knows whos nasty little diseased mouth the saliva had come from!

Camel cash has been missing from cigarettes
My husband and I have been loyal Camel smokers for several years, and recently have been very disappointed in the quality of packaging and the fact that the camel cash has been missing from my husband's cigarettes for the last 2 to 3 weeks.
The packaging complaint is that the hard packs of Camel full flavor and Camel Special Lights has no flaps glued on the box lids.
We are now finding out there is no place to lodge a complaint directly with Camel or RJ Reynolds about these issues. We want them to know we are considering finding a brand with their competition to switch to.
Also, we notice that we no longer receive the camel cash catalog, but this is supposedly available online. We did prefer to receive the catalog by snail mail, so we could look at them anytime, at our leisure, and not have to be online to do so.
If you could help us out by getting in contact with them, we would appreciate it.

3 pac scam
My husband and I are smokers, and when we do purchase anything we always look for sales and promotions, so when we see a promotion that says buy one get one free we go for it, we buy it ' well camel ciggeretts have a bs promotion going on right know, when you purchses 2 packs of there lights you get the third for free all for the scam price of 9.40, well i have yet to pay more then 3.70 a pack ever (i live in denver ,colo) so when i fell for there bogof propaganda i payed 4.70 a pac ,and when we asked several cashiers at all the places that offered the camel bogof promo ,they all said well your really getting each pack for 3.64 instaed of there reg price of 4.70 a pac.so even they admitted that it's really a discount on each pac when you buy 3 pacs,your not really getting anything for free. FALSE ADVERTISING at it.s finest.And the kicker after each place gave use there almost word for word explaination,they all sold us a single pac for 3.64 which is there reg price that they sell there single pacs of camels for, not the 4.70 price hmmm,what am i not getting.Well we have been pointing out this bs scam of CAMEL to anybody and everbody we know, and since i have no shame if i see someone (4 people so far) about to purchase the 3 pac scam i have had no problem pointing out that bottom line there not getting anything for free, i'm very proud to add that all 4 of the people made the choice not purchase the 3 pac deal. marboro here we come, because if they tell 2 people then they tell 2 people and so on and so on.
