NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
There was a 922.12 fraudulent charge Sears Gold Master Charge March 2008. Sears was notified via certified mail and telephone April 2008. Have now sent 11 certified letters requesting charges be removes. Sears indigested wrong charges took more than a year to get copies of merchant recites. I have spoken to customer service more that 15 times trying to get matter resolved. Merchant refuses to work with Sears due time from report of complaint until Sears took any action, . I am told by Sears Gold Card customer services “too much time has elapsed, Just pay the bill. Now more than $1500 with one years interests

not notifying a customer if a charge is fraudulant . taking it upon themselves to make a decision
i have a sears gold master card for several years. Sears master card takes it upon themselves to determine if charges made to my card are fraudulant or not. If they feel a charge is fraudulant, master card should notify the customer . On several ocassions sears gold master card stop use of my card, which caused me to get fines from E-Z pass. When I tried to recitfy the situation, they were rude and un sympathic to my appeal. Why did they not try to notify me concerning this matter? On Oct. 30th I placed an order for furniture from Bari Furniture company on line and used my sears gold master card. On Dec. 8th I called the furniture company to check the status of my order and was told my master card was declined. When I called master card, they said it was a fraudulant charge. Master card said they called my home and said there was no answer. Well why didn't Master card leave a message? The furniture should have been delivered before the holidays...well thanks to Sears gold master card my family will be sitting on the floor for Christmas!!!

fraud victim. please remove me from account asap..i did not ask for sears gold master card nor do i want it. i did not authorize any charges to this account. rich lieuallen

Charge on my credit card
In April, a charge was put on my credit card that was not mine I was told to "remove it" and pay only the balance since it would be "put in dispute" and removed before my next billing.
I have received finance charges ever since I did the above, and was told (6) different reasons by (6) different people, including supervisors... each telling my the one prior gave me incorrect information!
I wrote the dispute department at Sears, and am getting the runaround...but still receiving finance charges I did not incur. What a bunch of untrained, rude, uncaring people. I am told because of their "screw-up" I was put into a revolving charge account, with daily interest added... DUH! Then... why don't they fix it????
Any advice or help you can give me before I see my attorney would be greatly appreciated.
