Hughes requires automatic access to your credit card for billing. They billed me twice last month. My card company, Hughes, and me on a conference call found that Hughes had no record of a double billing. So, the card company credited me for the second billing. Hughes then discontinued my service and billed me again. Hughes' "customer service" representatives have no authority or ability to solve these problems. Tri-State Alarm Company uses deception and fine print to lock its customers into automatically renewing lengthy contracts.
The company didn't advise us that our contract would automatically renew for another 3 years after the original 3 year period. The sales person told us it would convert to a month-to-month basis after the first 3 years.

The continuous disconnection of my broadband & erratic connection & repeated talks with the customer sales rep is not taking a toll. It is now really making me think of changing my connection to another service provider, if this time the issue is not rectified.

I ordered a log splitter from them on 1/19/06. I ordered their highest rated product for I wanted the most powerful splitter I could find that would work off standard 120 volts A/C power. I ordered the "Megasplit2006" which appears to now be called the "Megasplit2007". The seller claims it has 9 tons of force (the other models are claimed to have 6 & 7 tons of force). I purchased a 650 VA SUKAM Inverter five years ago. Initially it came with PRESTOLITE Battery which lasted for more than three years. However, when the time of changing the battery came, somebody suggested me the name of LUMINOUS and here I committed the mistake of my lifetime. Because just after completing the warranty period, the battery started giving all sorts of troubles and perhaps I am now left with no option but to change the battery once again.

I obtained propane gas service with Thompson Gas in Boonsboro, MD on 10-1-2006 and in doing so I had to sign a "customer agreement" w/ Thompson Gas. However, I was not made aware of numerous stipulations in this agreement which were located on the back of the agreement in "shadow print". Wal-Mart had the Tickle Me Elmo TMX in the Sunday Circular (Oct 1, 2006). Since We have a 24 hr Wal-Mart I went there at 6am in the morning. The Wal-Mart @ Town Center in Long Beach, Ca. Boost Mobile's network went down in my area. I did not know this, thought there might be trouble with my phone.
Wednesday September 27 I purchased a Boost Mobile card. That $20 was a lot to us since my husband was laid off and this is our only phone at all.

Signed up for long distance last year for calling India for rate of 16 cents, at the present still charging me 16 cents, while on their web site, the rate for calling India is 13 cents. Call customer service to complained about this, and she told me they are still charging me the old rate when I signed up. I think the rate when i call india should be 13 cents not the 16 cents, it should have being adjusted accordingly.

I have a TATA INDICOM WALKY Prepaid connection in Pune (Maharshtra) India. However the recharge vouchers of 1120/- denomination are not available in the market even at any of the so called tata indicom shoppes or what ever. It is a shame & just shows how much the company cares for its customers. One expects a more efficient organization when it is a tata enterprise. Its a shame! I can't believe ppl complain about photoblocker spray. The product works! I have been using the product for two years now..got flashed twice during that time (when I drove through a yellow once...and when I made a legal right turn while red on the second )...but have not received a ticket. I mean, why would Denver Police and Fox31 News test the product (nothing in it for them) and say "surprisingly effective!"? I'm a very unsatisfied customer since I ordered from your Futons Store. I ordered merchandise on 9/19/06 and was billed for my order on 9/21/06, since the item was shipped on 9/21/06. What you call shipping does constitute shipping at all. When billing information is sent to UPS that is not shipping, since the merchandise is still in your warehouse, wherever that might be. The only Gold from this piece if crap is the gold that Sears got when it was purchased. I bought a used car with a then 5-month old Die Hard Gold battery and after cleaning the battery terminal 3 times in as many months, I found a crack in the case emanating from the battery post. My son did not have any money on him, so he called me collect, every day, till he was released from the hospital and I was able to drive out to get him. I was charged an out rages price for collect calls. 1 minute cost $8.95m 5 minutes cost $13.55, 22 minutes cost $33.10. My total bill was $442.60 from 9/06 to 9/16. This complaint is in regards to our horrible experience with Allied/Mainstream with our pool purchase and installation.
We purchased our pool on July 3, 2006. The pool was installed on July 11, 2006 under a package deal. The agreement was if the pool was not installed within 14 days we would get $1000.00 back and the pool would be installed at Mainstreams earliest convenience.

Instead, they suggested contacting departments that had nothing to do with the concern, overcharged for services not rendered, and avoided solving the problem by taking you through red tape. I was sold a Wave-Tech Pool (32K) + financing for $4K in a retaining wall to support the pool. I paid $2K cash down, for a total expenditure of $34K. I have since found blogs and internet postings of over 43 complaints with the Attorney General's office, 84 unresolved complaints with the BBB. Has anyone else noticed that the Paper Plate companies, in their manufacturing procedures and packaging, actually “stick” 3 plates together “lightly” so that consumers don’t notice that when they grab for one plate – they actually grab 3 plates? The packaging says “50 plates”…or “100 plates”….but by the time you grab one plate which is lighly adhered to 2 other plates, you go through them pretty quickly – and this is wasteful to our environment. I spend my time separating paper plates so that we grab one – not three – whenever we use them. read full review »

My telephone numbering 2444 8222 is out of service for more that 36 hours and though a specific complaint was made under docate no.5751 dated 21.07.06 no action has yet been taken by your good office to restore the line to me creating a lot of inconvinience . Many 2002-2004 Polaris Virage and Gensis watercraft have warped hoods. The warp occurs in the front of the hood where the hinge is attached to the hood. The basic problem is that the hinge is stronger than the hood and when the watercraft sets in the sun the hood in too weak to retain it shape. The problem was only compounded by the Black and Silver covers that Polaris sold for several years. The black material increased the intensity of the sun.

We moved from California to Pennsylvania on march 25th'2002. We had our stuff moved on 23rd march'2002 which we had them deliver to us on 3rd may 2002. At the time of packing and moving we took an insurance of $10,000 with 0% deductible and we paid $200 for it. When we got the stuff a few items were damaged which were then to be either replaced or refunded or repaired by them.
