Has anyone else noticed that the Paper Plate companies, in their manufacturing procedures and packaging, actually “stick” 3 plates together “lightly” so that consumers don’t notice that when they grab for one plate – they actually grab 3 plates? The packaging says “50 plates”…or “100 plates”….but by the time you grab one plate which is lighly adhered to 2 other plates, you go through them pretty quickly – and this is wasteful to our environment. I spend my time separating paper plates so that we grab one – not three – whenever we use them.
