I am using the airtel mobile for past three years or more.when ever i want to recharge my phone through a voucher, i have dial a no. 123. And press the option 2 for recharging. I follow the procedure accordingly. And at the end i am asked to enter my voucher pin no, again and again at the final step of recharge procedure. This is the worst outfit I have encountered online. I ordered a hard drive on January 9, 2007 and received it shortly thereafter. It did not fit my computer and they issued an RMA ( DG07129A12). I sent it back with the RMA number. I waited a long time and when I sent several emails, they claimed that they have not received it. Payment financial has somehow acquired my work phone number, and they have called me 3 times to inquire about refinancing my mortgage. My latest Verizon home telephone bill included a surprise from OAN Services Inc. It showed a call to their directory assistance was made 3/25/07. To use this service it says we dialed 1015158000 and for the privilege charged with taxes $7.57. The only directory service number we know is 411 and with this kind of rate for OAN Services it makes no sense to use. Sold a wedding dress and did the alterations. The dress does NOT look like it was supposed to. It is now so tight that my son's fiancee cannot breath and it is forcing what little skin she has out. She is by no means fat as the dress is below a size zero now. Also, the bra that "Norma" sold her now shows and she had the nerve to state that she saw it showing before the alterations but sold it to her anyway. Ever since SBC merged and became AT&T, I haven't been able to access my home phone bill detail over the phone. A recording answers the call and then in a most helpful sounding voice offers to direct my call. The problem here is: the voice wants me to speak, instead of choosing from different number on my telephone dial pad. Apparently the "voice" cannot "hear" deep voices, such as mine. I went to book hotel rooms for a vacation. I marked that I wanted two rooms for two nights and clicked to get rates. Looking at the rates I went ahead and booked. Then when I got the itinerary I saw that I had 1 room for all 5 people! I went back to the original screen and it was clearly marked for 2 rooms for 5 people. I have had nothing but trouble since i got service through comcast. On July 6th my service was connected, but they had to have a new cable installed from the pole to my house. I was told on that day that the cable would be buried in 10 business days. It was done on Dec 4. In November i wrote a complaint to the FCC, i was sent a copy of the letter that comcast responded with stating the cable was buried on Nov 13th. This company withdrew $159 dollars from my account that I never authorized. I don't know how they got my bank account information. The check came out of my current bank account in Wisconsin, but the address on the check was my old address in Colorado. When I got in contact with them they said I'd have to file a police fraud report, which could take awhile, but when I told them I lived in Wisconsin where this sort of thing is illegal, they said they'd send a document I could request a return on. We have experienced ongoing intermittent cable connection with Charter Cable. The connection would be fine for a few hours and then go out for just a few minutes to several hours. Our first experience with this issue was in January. Charter gave us the standard reply to recycle our modem to "fix" the problem which did not fix the problem. The second suggestion was that the issue was not with Charter but with our router. On 5th Feb I gave them a notice to discontinue my long distant telephone services by email. They do not carry FAX and they are never handy on phone or they take maximum time to reach by phone!! I also informed VISA card company about stop payments. In January of 07, I called Macy's to tell them of a tear in my new leather sofa (purchased in Feb 06) and to ask about how to contact Stainsafe. My son purchased a camera and a laptop from Best Buy, at the time he was in uniform and told the sales person he was being deployed to Iraq. He stated I know something will happen and I want insurance to cover anything that could go wrong, he was sold the extended policy and told it would cover everything, he was then handed a small pamphlet that explained it all.
