I ordered the "My Lil Reminder" through a TV program (HSN) and after I received it, felt it was not what I expected. I called Merchant Media LC(203-567-1211) for instructions on where to send it (Milford, Connecticut) and was assured that a credit would be given to me. Because of this promise I paid the bill when it came (unwise, right?). This has not happened yet. Upon calling the above number to complain, I was unpleasantly treated by an individual who said he could not help me without a "tracking number". I never got one when I sent it back. After a heated discussion, he finally hung up on me! Am I out the $34, or do I have any recourse left? What kind of guarantee is this?
All I want is them to issue a refund on my VISA account. I followed the instructions in good faith and would like them to honor their guarantee and do likewise.
