I am complaining about the internet service of Charter Communications. We hired All My sons to move us about 15 miles to our new house. We hired three men and a truck. There were four men that showed up at our house and the "Supervisor" stated the company only sent three men but it was really a four man job and he had brought another friend along and wanted us to pay for it. I have tried and tried to locate my items that I ordered from a company called Linux Bazar, but I cannot get any anwers from The Indian postal Agency. Their website is the worst ever. I locked my keys in my car and called Dependable Locks Inc. I asked for an estimate I was given a quote of $39.00 service charge plus $15.00 fee. The dispatcher had told me that he would be there in approx. 30 min. 1 hour later the driver had arrived, it took less than 10 min and he charged me a total of $90.00. Giant Carpet Care in Boca Raton, FL. We received a quote from Giant Carpet Care to clean our carpets for $65. They came out to clean our carpets and charged us $139. They also did a horrible job. When I called to complain, the representative was very and ultimately hung up on me. His closing words: "Your god and my god are not the same." Blazeflash is the worst courier services I came across till date. I did not go in for Registered Post which takes max 3 days, just because I wanted immediate delivery. I have sent a courier to Nagpur Maharashtra on 7th August, from Bangalore, and It has not reached even today (10th August). What more, the online tracking system shows the destination as 'Delhi'. I called up at Worldlink complaints and queries also yesterday and they told me that it will reach today. But today also the courier has not reached.
