I am complaining about the internet service of Charter Communications. If you have any option for cable internet service other than Charter, I would *strongly* suggest that you get it!
1) Although they do offer 24/7 tech. support, the quality of that support is *very* poor! The techs. know very little and keep telling you the same thing!!!
2) There is no way that you can be notified of incoming mail--- you have to keep checking--- therefore many unwarranted "hits" on Charter!!!
3) Every 5 times you request "mail" you have to sign in again! (even tho. you've already signed in). They say this is for "security purposes"!
4) Many times the charter site does not work as it's supposed to ie. retrieving addresses, etc.
