I ordered a flag and special holder for my daughterinlaw in December 2006 and ran in to the same problems many other people did. I never received the product, they took my money, and phone calls were never returned. I have one e-mail response from July that said they would get probablem resolved, but never has been. I note on the website today they indicate there are new owners and will try to resolve problems with prior owners. We'll see. Did not order, don't even know what this is, but a bill for $19.95 plus extra charges amounting to $21.51 showed up on my bill this month. I bought a nuvi 250 gps system on Nov 11th. Next day I received an email asking for verification. That should be done by phone. I tried twice without success. All the times I left message with my name, phone and order numbers. No feedback. In the third time, one day after the first call, after a long wait finally somebody answered. They said I should make a choice of purchasing a package with accessories (+ US$ 74) or canceling. Sir, I had bought a sony wega CRT TV of 21 inches.Sony is claiming that it provides the unmached viewing quality in its product.I have paid comparatively a very high amount expecting that the product will give enhanced picture quality and sound. On 5th May 2007 , I recharged my hutch mobile no. +91-98339 64161 through sms from my HDFC Savings Bank Account for Rs 450. Since the transaction had failed , I tried second time which was then successful. After a month when I checked my bank statement I found that there were two debits of same amount. I recently charged my Reliance India acoount for $ 20. Instead of crediting $20. they credited me for $ 14 and sent me a movie gift coupon which I didn't requst. I called their customer service with no response, I also sent a written complaint with no action taken so far. All I want them to credit my account $ 6 and not to promote any products while I am recharging my account.
