I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality of Nissan. I bought a certified used 2005 Altima with around 30,000 miles on it. At around 60,000 miles it needed a new transmission. It now needs another transmission only 40,000 miles later. That's 100,000 miles and 2 transmissions. This is NOT the quality car I thought I read about. I just got off the phone with Macy's Credit Customer service. I called because I had a perfectly proper $120 charge on my store card . My bill was due 2 days from today. Payment’s already processing at my bank so they will receive payment on time (like they usually do). I have never received such poor service as I did from gomow.com. I used them for their convenient billing option but soon found out that the owners focus on quantity not quality when it comes to providing lawn service. The men they hire to perform the lawn maintenance get paid $5/house and therefore do not do a good job. They come to your house and are there less than 5 minutes! Have been receiving phone calls from one particular overseas call centre, as many any as five times in succession lasting over a three or four day period of harassment, even though my name is on the Do Not Call Register. The refrigerator for a year and 10 days ,then we found out that it had stopped working. We called it in and one of the customer service agents said that it would cost us for someone to come out and look at it. She checked the warranty and said that it was out of warranty,I told her that it should'nt be going out already if we only had it for a year that it shoul've lasted a while longer than it did. I purchased a nice looking JNY eyeglass frames from my optometrist. I even selected the kind with the reverse spring loaded hinges to prevent the frames from bending, but with very normal use (taking them off with one hand) I am constantly bending the frames to the point where they are loose on my head. I can re-bend the frames with my fingers (the metal is that soft). I know that the metal will eventually fatigue and break. I would avoid JNY frames at all costs. I had accumulated a lot of debt on my credit card. I transferred the balance to a lower rate to pay the balance off. I was reducing the amount by making 500.00 payments per month on a minmum payment of 200.00. I didn't notice that the credit card company changed the grace period from 28 days to 20 days and that caused my payment to be late, which automatically bumped the interest rate to 26.75% ! Gave a $2885 deposit to Tarik Mese, salesperson for Zone 5 Inc, former employee of SSMF April 20, 2007 for replacement of 4 large windows/2 large glass sliding doors for my North Miami Condo. As the months went by it got harder and harder to reach Tarik Mese or Wallace Lawson, Owner of Zone 5. The business number has been disconnected. Hi, I have a similar very bad experience with Agarwal Packers and Movers (DRS Group). http://www.agarwalpackers.com They damaged my new Fully Automatic washing machine and upon claim and repeated follow up gave me a very minimal amount. They have also damaged my new Fridge and Bed and i have to call separate people to get them repaired. I can understand the frustration where you pay all money in advance trusting that the goods are in responsible hands but they are real cheaters. I purchased a Plug2surf device from one of the sales representative of Tata Indicom under 150 V-data plan. According to this I'm supposed to use 5 hours of free internet and 150 Rs rental. The device was bought on 22/10/07 and strangely i received my first bill on 03/11/07 of Rs 311 during that period i hardly surfed internet for almost 3 hours.
