The dinette chairs we purchased several months ago "as is" floor models are completely ruined & are not useable. I bought a nuvi 250 gps system on Nov 11th. Next day I received an email asking for verification. That should be done by phone. I tried twice without success. All the times I left message with my name, phone and order numbers. No feedback. In the third time, one day after the first call, after a long wait finally somebody answered. They said I should make a choice of purchasing a package with accessories (+ US$ 74) or canceling. Did not order, don't even know what this is, but a bill for $19.95 plus extra charges amounting to $21.51 showed up on my bill this month. I ordered a flag and special holder for my daughterinlaw in December 2006 and ran in to the same problems many other people did. I never received the product, they took my money, and phone calls were never returned. I have one e-mail response from July that said they would get probablem resolved, but never has been. I note on the website today they indicate there are new owners and will try to resolve problems with prior owners. We'll see. I joined with new company and opened SB A/c at ICICI bank 20 days back and my employer transfered salary to my SB account. I had accumulated a lot of debt on my credit card. I transferred the balance to a lower rate to pay the balance off. I was reducing the amount by making 500.00 payments per month on a minmum payment of 200.00. I didn't notice that the credit card company changed the grace period from 28 days to 20 days and that caused my payment to be late, which automatically bumped the interest rate to 26.75% ! I purchased a nice looking JNY eyeglass frames from my optometrist. I even selected the kind with the reverse spring loaded hinges to prevent the frames from bending, but with very normal use (taking them off with one hand) I am constantly bending the frames to the point where they are loose on my head. I can re-bend the frames with my fingers (the metal is that soft). I know that the metal will eventually fatigue and break. I would avoid JNY frames at all costs. Hi, I have a similar very bad experience with Agarwal Packers and Movers (DRS Group). http://www.agarwalpackers.com They damaged my new Fully Automatic washing machine and upon claim and repeated follow up gave me a very minimal amount. They have also damaged my new Fridge and Bed and i have to call separate people to get them repaired. I can understand the frustration where you pay all money in advance trusting that the goods are in responsible hands but they are real cheaters. Gave a $2885 deposit to Tarik Mese, salesperson for Zone 5 Inc, former employee of SSMF April 20, 2007 for replacement of 4 large windows/2 large glass sliding doors for my North Miami Condo.
