After more than two months, 9/8/2007 to present (11/1/6/2007), I'm still waiting for the return or replacement of my Garmin Nuvi 350 from Fry's Electronics' service department. Numerous calls and in-store visits didn't help. The service reps are probably the rudest, in person and on the phone. This was my first foray with Fry's extended 3-year service warranty. I got a job as the first female custodian at Meadow Park School in Port Charlotte, Florida. My account was charged $164.62 (They added 128.69 + 28.79 and somehow got 164.62) and I sent email asking why my account was charged this amount. I made an online payment of Rs.3001.32 being on 07 Nov 2007 towards mobile bill payment to BHARTI CELLULAR LTD using my ICICI Credit Card. My NOKIA 6270 handset gets switched off at its own will and doesn't get switched on. This is a problem which I am facing for the second time within the 1 year warranty period. The first time I had given it for repair at a Nokia Care center in Bangalore* , it was repaired. But the same problem recurred again. I purchased shutters for a window that had to be special ordered. Upon ordering, I was told it would take 30-38 days for delivery to my home.
