I have N-70 Cell with Idea mobile network provider. I did life time recharge of Rs.495 on 6th Oct' 07. at 9.17 pm. on the same day i did value voucher of 147 at 9.50 pm to get low call rate facility. & on the same day i did recharge of Rs. 565. I bought AQUAGUARD TOTAL RO SMART from Eureka Forbes in 16 Aug, 2006. In 10 Aug, 2007, the product gave me some problem and when i registered a complaint, the Service Engineer came and replaced the RO membrane with old one which he has brought. Bought new sectional in July 2007. The recliner has broken twice already. The third time they end the part with no technician, then the technician came with out tools. As of this writing it is not fixed. The worst problem is the cushions from the sleeper side of the sectional comes out after sitting on it for 2 minuts. Ordered on 10/01/07. Never received merchandise. All attempts to rectify the matter was met with a run around. I was given a shipping tracking number fro canadapost.ca to track ship and it was invalid. I went several times to their "chatroom" and talked with a Karen, Jen and Maria. I just got off the phone with Macy's Credit Customer service. I called because I had a perfectly proper $120 charge on my store card . My bill was due 2 days from today. Payment’s already processing at my bank so they will receive payment on time (like they usually do).
